I was looking for a sofa when I walked into the store. I found one of particular interest when the store clerk approached and asked had I heard about their sale. Since I had not, I let him explain. I was excited about the colored tag on the couch which was half-off the regular price, but had no way to let my family know since my cell phone had just died. I was leaving the store when the clerk again approached and I told him about my dead cellphone and that Id have to run home first. The store clerk made a quick decision to recharge my cell phone while I used his to call my parents and set up how to get our old couch taken away and the new couch delivered. The Store Manager was also very kind, professional, and helpful. I believe the store manager and his associates are working hard to take their customer service to the next level. It is top-knotch! I can walk into other stores and not even be acknowledged. I really enjoy shopping at this store......friendly associates, great prices, and help beyond the expected. Ill be back!!

I really wanted a treadmill but with being a widow with 5 children money is extremely tight. I was beyond excited when I caught half price day and color tag it was able to purchase for $50. Though I was told that I couldnt test I was reassured everything is checked upon receiving and it works fine. After getting it home and plugging it in the belt starts moving but as soon as Anyone stands on the belt it stops. I was devastated. I had someone look at it and was told the motor was basically shot. The next business day was Monday and after calling all day no answer I started to feel screwed. I called the next day Tuesday and after explaining my situation I was told everything is as is and no refunds. So basically I just donated my money do something thats broke and I now have to find someplace to dispose of it. If just frustrates me because no one card enough to try and resolve this for me. I obviously shop at the Salvation Army because I dont have a lot of money and trusted them. Never again... Buyer beware !!!!

They want high near brand new retail prices for their donated computers, TVs, exercise equipment and appliances. They do have fair prices on clothing and shoes but as a tall guy I have yet to find anything that fits me. They do have decent prices on used DVD movies and as audio CDs

Prices for their donated housewares are outrageous! Way beyond what a store that is categorized as a "thrift store" should be.
