My friend that owned the Goodyear in Milton sold it and moved to Nashville to open a new store. For the past 10+ years it was the only place I took my car. Thing have changed so I have been looking for a new company to get tires from. I needed new rear tires for my M6 and they are not easy to get (and over $300 each). Costco and Midas said they could not even get them. Went to their website, put in my auto information and placed a no obligation order online on evening. Next morning I had a message that the tires were on order and would be there the next morning. Called and scheduled an appointment for 11am and they said it would take about an hour. Dropped the car off and went a few doors down to grab lunch and about 45 minutes later got a call that it was done. What happened next was what really impressed me about them. I did not buy the tire warranty because my car goes through tires pretty fast but about a week later I barely bumped a curb with my rear tire and it tore the sidewall. No spare in my car so I called AAA to have it towed to them. While waiting on the tow truck I called them and told them what happened and they said they would order the replacement tire immediately. Next day it came in and they got it put on by mid afternoon. When I went to pick it up I was expecting them to try to charge me but they said it was a complimentary replacement. AWESOME customer service, great people there and my new go-to place for tires.

Went in to get a tire rotation for tires (which we have bought several tires here before) that I had had previously bought at this location. They said they refused because said was not enough tread left on the front tires. LIED to my face by telling me that the tread was 2 when he clearly wrote a different number on the paperwork for all the tire treads when they check it.... also told them there was a nail and they said they "didnt see it when they checked but it may have been on the bottom side of the tire because they couldnt see it"... so maybe they should check the WHOLE tire next time... I mean, really!?! After saying I just needed a rotation (as the back wheels were like new- they said so) he said it is not safe and they refuse to rotate the tires and I should just schedule in to get new ones.... I will NEVER give this location any of my business again. BUYER BEWARE- they want your sale on the front end, but do not care for you afterward and obviously do not care abut a residual sale. Other locations might take care of you better!!!

Yesterday I called back to the Discount Tire on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell at apprx 4:50pm. I spoke with a "David" who stated he would leave a message for the manager for Saturday. As background, I brought my SUV to your location on Wednesday July 27th to have my front passenger tire plugged. In addition, while getting set up I also purchased a warranty certificate for $150.50. Since I was getting a free service, it behooved me to purchase your products as well. Upon getting ready to leave work I notice on that same tire my wheel was scratched up. I called the store and the rep asked that I come to the store so they can see. Sam came out to immediately meet me and was apologetic for the inconvenience. He assessed my wheel and after to talking with someone in the back he came back out and advised that Discount Tire would take care of the damage as long as I get a quote out to them. I have done so but unfortunately have had to keep calling them. This is unacceptable.

My husband noticed that my tire had a nail in it and told me to take it to Discount Tire so that they could plug it. A gentleman called me to let me know that the tire couldnt be repaired because of various issues and recommended that I replace both tires. He mentioned that it would be $493 for 2 new tires. I must admit that I was not happy and wanted to consult with my husband to find out 1) if that was a fair price 2) if they were telling the truth. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and they informed me that they put a loaner tire on because they didnt feel that it was safe for me to drive around with the original tire. Needless to say I was impressed. I am a business owner and cashflow is really important so I really just wanted to check around for prices. I will definitely be back and when my daughter and husband need new tires for their cars we now know where to go. Way to go the extra mile!

My Mercedes was in bad condition. I took it to my mechanic that fixed the suspension problems. My rear tires were in bad shape. I was recommended to go to 9 North Tires or Discount Tire. I decided to give this a go. Brian was very personable, informative, and gave me updates on what was going on with my tires/wheels. Marvin worked on my car personally, he told me my brake pads were worn out and the sensors way in there so they had to really pry it out, and replaced it with a new one. My old rim/wheel had a huge crack in it, and was disposed of, and they installed my newer wheel/rim on. All in all I spent about $397 including tax for 2 new Yokohama tires and everything fixed. They were prompt, and very professional. I highly recommend them. I also recommend to visiting them during the early morning hours when it is a bit slow. Thanks guys!

They really are discount tires, cheapest tires with guarantee, and many locations. They take reservation, call aheads and very fast for drop-ins. They offered us some "good" used tires, which I do NOT recommend. We bought four and they had two leaks (which they plugged for free) within two months, they lost one of the tire sensors and it will cost us an additional $65. After the third hole they plugged, we found out that we need all new tires. This car is not used as often as our other vehicles, drove 11k in a year, and it needs all new tires - ridiculous ;(. My son, daughter, and husbands cars all went with them since, with no issues. I like the staff, locations, but question the quality and their ability to lose my sensor is bothersome too.

Its a great store, with friendly staff and quick service. Prices are good as well. However, twice now they have sent me on my way with new tires that were severely under-inflated (5 psi lower than the manufacturers sticker in the door frame). I let them know after the first time (I returned to the store the next day) and wrote it up to a one-time oversight. However, when I got the same tires for the same vehicle this week, nothing had changed and again the tires were way too soft. So, while I still recommend this store, Ill be checking my tires before i drive off from now on.
