I have been a shopper at this Goodwill for many years and never have I experienced such poor customer service. I wouldve put a lower review but a negative was not an option. I asked can the manager removed something out of a package and price it individually. She said she wouldnt do so and said you can buy the package then donate it back to Goodwill. Then the manager Michelle insulted my intelligence, by stating the obvious but then again I figured her ignorance in customer relationship was due to her not being skilled in management and frankly speaking just being a racist. I have witness management at this location price items seperatly for customers of the same race. I personally find this to be a damn shame this day in age when one would think weve crossed these barriers but for me this is how I speak out. The shame is on Michelles ignorance and disregard for customers that keep a roof over her head, clothes on her back and food on her table but if she doesnt mind it doesnt matter to me.

This is one of the best Goodwill Stores EVER! Unlike some Goodwill stores, this place actually sticks to their prices and doesnt raise them the next week. Very reasonable, the store is clean, this place is like a gold mine, everything you are looking and for some even dreaming of for in a Goodwill, you pretty much have it! Besides, what other Goodwill store has a reading corner designed with nice furniture as if youre in a library or book store. I usually look for video games, and this place ALWAYS has a BIG stash and a very good mix of old and the newer stuff!! Manager and workers, if you are reading this, keep up the good work!

Someone reported that the store was closed and that was wrong. I am an employee of Goodwill and it is open. The store was remodeled but remained open during the construction. Very Beautiful! Check it out!

great stuff here..esp if you know better labels..a little pricey on some stuff. But great deals if you spend the time to dig through the racks. Very clean and friendly staff.
