The Store had a large selection of clothes that seemed upscale; which was reflected in the price. However, the isles were very spacious and the shopping experience was enjoyable. The staff was somewhat friendly but the manager was somewhat unapproachable and just wanted "to finish her shift and go home." The cashiers and stockers were helpful and offered to help more if the need arose. The other items in stock were limited in quantity and quality. Shoes being the department that lacked attention the most. I found enough deals on clothing that Id return yet might not go out of my way to visit this location.

Probably the best Goodwill in the state of Kentucky, or in the interstate region.Residents who live close by and shop should be happy for years for the selection of items offered here. Wish I lived closer to this store and only can visit it a few times a year.

$4 for a plain, off brand pie plate! Are you kidding me ?? I just saw a Pyrex one at Krogers for less than $3! These things are donations that are given to them and theyre trying to make a killing. I know where I wont be making my donations from now on.

Stuff priced way too high and found out folks that work there take stuff home I will be shopping elsewhere because wanted a entertainment center but 150to 200 are you nuts I would not pay that for a thing that s. Worth about 20 bucks told friends too

Went on 50% off day to get winter clothes for an 18 month old and almost every clothing item in that section was purple tag excluded from the sale. Still got a 10% discount on them.... always fun to shop here, you never know what youll find!

Im on a fixed income so price is very important. I needed winter clothes and it was a 50%off sale on sweat pants. The only thing is that there wasnt a lot of sweat pants but I did manage to find 3 pair. I also got two brand new t-shirts.

This place sucks. Its a miracle I found something to buy at all. I waited in line for ten minutes and when it got to my turn the cashier put up a this register closed sign and said "sorry its my break". How incredibly rude. Never again.

I have been to goodwill stores in 7 different states. The Florence store is the best in many ways. More variety, well displayed, interesting regular deals and discounts, nice employees, and overall a very good shopping experience.
