I started off really liking the store because of the many options and the location. Now I find that the costumer service is just bad. Ive personally experienced being followed through the store by employees, no one says hello, they would rather yell across the store than get up and help you. One time I arrived 10 mins before the store was to close, and the doors were locked...... the employees stood there and watched me as I asked them to open the door. After a min or so a young lady opened the door and said "we are closed" the sign clearly reads 6:00pm as the closing time on Sunday. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and the store closes in 10 mins, the girl then stated that it was store policy to not allow anyone into the store at the time then shut was shut in my face. I was shocked that they would pass up a sale. I may be sensitive but I found the whole interaction extremely rude.

Dont shop here,customer service is lacking. This is the 4th time in 3 months they not had good hair availability & last few packs are "fuzzy,unraveling". Today i have my daughter buy hair from me,i noticed she picked up 2 different colors.i go to exchange and of course my color isnt there.i ask for refund due to none of the styles i looked at having 1 or 1b(black or off black,geez so common). They tell me they know its their fault but no refund they will have some in 7days. Lol if i was just being petty cool but they lacked my color on 4 different brands of hair WTH. I spend about $400 a month in hair for my girls but today they lost a loyal customer.the manager said oh well lol Keep your stupid store credit.i will just have all my patrons/friends go to Soy Beauty

Came to purchase weave. Got to check out. As the cashier was scanning my thing, the 2 girls started talking about personal things. Then I asked a question about the items I wanted to purchase, they bought seemed extremely pissed when I asked. Absolutely no manners or customer service at this location. You should be there to help customers not to gossip. This generation sucks.

I love this place. They have every thing you could imagine! Many hair products, extensions, wigs, skin products, makeup, clothese, shoes and much more! The have the best variety and prices in the area! This place stays open longer than your average beauty supply store as well, which is a huge plus!! My go to beauty supply store!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE dont waste youre time shopping there , this store used to be well managed and employees had respect for customers now theyre rude and disrespectful to US customers. No wonder why nodobody shops there anymore.
