Horrible owner. Dilutes returns with water and reshelves them, doesnt use his storage room so his shelves are overcrowded, doesnt care about merchandising, doesnt care if the store is organized in really any way that makes sense, has ANCIENT tubes of color on his shelves, wont return your money even over a cashier mistake, and doesnt really know much about hair at all but tries to act like he does.

This location is superb! The staff are always welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. I have a local supply 5 minutes from me. However, I drive there because I am treated like family. They know their customers by name & are eager to help. Highly recommend them! Thank you to Jeff & all the girls that work so hard for us hairstylists <3
