DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPENSIVE PURCHASES HERE. We purchased a $200 ninja blender system, but when we tried to exchange it for a similar system at 32 days the store managers were unwilling to help us as it was past their return policy of 30 days. We went to the store, and the managers there were unable to give us the schedule for their store manager even. Very unorganized. We will not be buying from kmart/sears affiliates anymore. They used to be a great store chain. We waited for almost an hour in line behind 2 people at the return counter, their cashier boxes were run down & not working. Not a good experience at all. :/

We recieved gifts from the police dept. The clothes for our son were the wrong sizes. When we went to get the right sizes kmart would not let us get the right sizes we did not get a receipt. There is only one kmart in our area. No question as to where they came from. You poor policy has ruined a childs Christmas. NEVER SHOP THERE THIS IS WHY THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Love the set up Everything neat and in place I especially love all the sales throughout the store. I found Braves, Falcons, GA and tech outfits at buy one get half off the next. Totally unexpected. Thank you K Mart. I will be returning soon.

Prices are too high and it took the cashier about 7 tries to get this old ladies email address right. Employees were running around upfront acting like they dont know what the hell they were doing. It was one of the worst experiences ever.
