I sent my wife in on May 22nd to put Nittos Tires on my truck while I was at work. We had reviewed the specs, design, and rating of these tires the night before. When she took my truck to the store they upsold her into Cooper tires that were more expensive by $250. They told her that the Nittos tires did not have a mileage rating, although by looking on the Discount Tire website the night before these tires were rated at a 9.5 with mulitple good reviews across the country. I strongly fee that there is some promotion at this local store to sell Cooper tires that she is unaware of and that they took advantage of her and tried to upsell her on the Cooper Tires. I dont appreciate Discount Tire taking advantage of my wife and pressuring her to make a decision quickly when she could not reach me by cell. As expected, when I demanded that she get the Nittos Tires installed instead they said it would be not problem, but they offered her a deep discount just to leave the Cooper Tires on the truck. Never send your wife alone to this store!

Service was friendly. But very long wait time, when it looked like it was not really busy. I called in requested a quote, suprisingly they were helpful. Decided why not, since I needed a new set of 4 tires anyways. Price was not really competitive though. It was about the same as any other tire selling chain. Nothing worth raving about. But the experience I liked most was, I told them I dont want them to drive my car up the ramp, and I wanted to do it. And they let me do that. Most other places will make you wait in the waiting area, while they drive your car, potentially messing it up. Also, I was allowed to monitor them while they worked the entire time, ensuring they did the proper job. Most other places will make you wait, in the waiting area. Because of those 2 reasons, Ill probably go back, because I dont like it when others drive my car, and I wanted to make sure they did a proper job in putting my new tires on.

I got a flat tire. I did some research on tires and I decided to go with Hankook rs3s. They told me that they could order them and have them by the following monday. I called at noon on the following monday, 5 days later and someone told me the delivery truck had not made it in yet. I called at 5:45 P.M. that same day and asked if the delivery had made it in yet, someone put me on hold, when they came back they informed me that last Wednesday when I called I spoke to the call center and they said they would order the tire but they are legally not allowed to sell that tire because its a race tire. I bought tires for my truck from this location and they were all very nice and helpful but there is something seriously wrong with communication at Discount Tire. Now that Ive already wasted 5 days in a rental and 1 day off work to get my tires, I wont make the mistake to trust Discount Tire with my car or their word.

We always go to Discount tire for our tires. We was on a trip to Atlanta, GA with a trailer on the truck. We needed a front tire on our truck, a belt had broke in the tire. So we found this Discount tire stopped to get it fixed. They didnt have our size in stock. So I asked the man at the counter if they could put our spare tire on. He told me NO cause the spare tire was to old ( he never left the counter to look at the tire) The spare the was not dry rotten, did have half thread on the tire. He told us he could have a set of Michelin tires in later. I informed him we always get our tires at Discount Tire. The store in Alcoa, TN has hired a taxi to deliver tires to the store for me. The mans name started with a F he was very unprofessional. SO instead of helping us get unstranded he refused to help us and lost a $300 sale So we went to Sears just down the road they got us right in and back on the road.

I was quoted at a price by a sales representative and they told me it would be 24 hours until the tires arrived. Because they were a bit cheaper than Kauffman Tires I waited the extra day. I Came in the next day and they raised the price.. After I waited an extra day to fix my car. They never wrote the quote down and pretty much told me I was a liar about the price I told them they quoted me at.... They then said it would be 45 minutes in and out for the tires. It is been an hour and they havent even taken my car in. AVOID AVOID Use Kauffman Tires... They had the tires in and were only $20.00 more. Like a fool I waited for Discount to order tires for me and when they arrived they raised to right about what Kauffman was offering the previous day. Discount tires in Douglasville was on point. Good to go.. This Kennesaw location is ehhhh Unorganized, and poor management

This Discount Tire was the closest place for us to pull into when we suddenly had a severe tire problem. It turned out to be the BEST place we could have gone. Even though they were extrenely busy, they got our car in quickly, made repairs to the tire, and gave us a break on the repair costs considering that we would be coming back in one week for new replacement tires. And this all happened on CHRISTMAS EVE ! There are probably a lot of stores that would have either told us that they didnt have time or that we would have to buy some expensive tires right then. And another thing that stands out in my memory- every single worker that came anywhere near me, went out of his way to say hi and ask if I needed help. Thank you Discount Tire for being a friend instead of just a business. I will go back to Discount Tire every time.

Very bad experience. I bought all my tires at Discount Tires for my Acura TL and one of them got a bulge on it so I made an appointment to get it fixed at this location. I typed in the message my information and told them I needed it quick because I had school. I drove all the way from Fairburn, GA (my job) to Kennesaw and when I got there they told me they did not have my tires. Seriously?? Couldnt they had called to tell me that beforehand? They knew my problem and waited until I arrived to tell me they did not have my tire if I wanted to order! Very bad experience they should notify customers before arriving if they dont have the tires in stock.

I went in this morning because of a blowout. I knew most of my tires were getting to end of life. The sales guy showed me that and I decided I could only afford 2 at this point. When they put my car in the bay, I went to talk to the tech named John about how long and he wanted to get 3 too. I told him I couldnt get them now. When he was done and was handing me the keys, he said he went ahead and put a really good used tire on the front to replace the 3rd bad one and he told me it was free because he wanted me to be safe...thank you Discount Tires and especially John, putting your customers first!
