I never write reviews but I thought it was appropriate now. I decided to go to Verizon to get a pixel Xl and switch my number over from T-Mobile. Because it was close to the closing time, I made sure to call in advance to make sure the phone was there. I got to the store and the rep was already very unhelpful, probably because he wanted to leave. He proceeded to tell me that my phone number was "not in the system" and the number of the primary account holder was not in the system either. This makes no sense because they are valid numbers. I told him multiple times that I was porting my number over but he kept typing it into the Verizon system. Of course the number wouldnt show up as a VERIZON number. It would be a T-Mobile number. He proceeded to say that "hes been around the block" and he "knows how it is". I asked him what he meant and he said that I was trying to commit fraud. I understand not wanting to do an activation that will take a long time like mine would (I know since I work at best buy) but insulting me, degrading me, and labeling me was uncalled for and Im disgusted. Ill probably stay with T-Mobile after this.

Came into the store just a couple of weeks ago to order an iPhone 6 and had a Verizon gift card for a previous trade in. I never got a notification that the phone was in, but checked the tracking number and found out the phone was delivered 2 days ago. I go to the store to pick up the phone and the proceed to tell me I cannot use the Verizon gift cards. The salesman said "I thought you meant they sent you a Visa gift card". Rule number 1 in sales....dont assume you think you know what the customer needs or has. Rule number 2 ...when you mess up admit it and try to make it right. I will never use Cellular Sales again.

We came into Verizon today frustrated that my husbands phone was not working properly and tha my new glass was not sticking. John was very helpful with both issues! He gave my husband 2 options to see about getting his issue resolved and he replaced my glass. Thank you for your assistance John! Went in a 2nd and 3rd time today and saw John both times about conpletely different things. He made things go very quickly and efficiently and would highly recommend you go in and see John!

I visted the Verizon store in Loganville to get my iphone 6 upgrade. It was refreshing to be greeted so warmly when I walked in. The edge program was confusing online, but Cyndi did a great job explaining how Edge works and helping me get all my information on my new iphone. I really liked the friendly service and will continue to visit this store in the future.

He was very professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and overall awesome to deal with! We travel to Loganville quite frequently and, whenever possible, I will save all my business for him at this store!!!

Yesterday I came to this store in Loganville and was greeted with great customer service. Cindy Juhlin helped me with a problem I had been having with my phone for months and she took care of in seconds. I would recommend anyone having issues with there service to come to this location and ask for Cindy or any of the other great employees there.

I went to this store to check prices on switching service to Verizon. The reprentative was helpful and explained the plans and my new phone options to me. The monthly prices were almost the same, but the deal they offered to switch was great. I will continue to go to this local store, since they took great care of me.

I switched to Verizon because I heard good things about it. I was still not positive that I wanted to make the switch. I talked to Cindy and she explained everything for me. She even worked around my schedule and stayed late for me. She had the best customer service!!! Im glad I made the switch! Thank you Cindy!!!

Verizon I have been to corporate store, experience here was a thousand times better. My wife and I both got our phones here.People here were very helpful. Today, my son ran over his phone.Cindy stayed late to help him get set up with a new phone. She went way above service we expected.

AWFUL customer service. The people were as rude as they could be. Also note that this is NOT a corporate center. If you want a good deal on your upgrade phone or plan, the corporate centers have more liberty and an infinitely better customer service
