Poor service. Bought some stuff online, went to pick it up and they couldnt find one of the items and time them more than half hour to find it. Picked up a dog flea need the same day along with a few other stuff and the cashier didnt take the security box off the flea med and for whatever reason, the alarm didnt go off when I walked out with it so I didnt even know that was security case. I was just glad to be out of there since my quick trip turned into an hour and a half event. Kids were hungry and cranky since it was past their dinner time and almost bed time. Anyways, tried to open the case once I got home and I couldnt, so I took it back to the store to ask someone to open it for me since I was having a hard time opening the case. As soon as I walked into the store, the alarm beeped and a young lady asked me for the receipt and I told her I didnt have it, so she said to come with her and brought me to another lady named Jo, she refused to show me her name tag, and she said she cant give me the med back without the receipt. So I had to go back home and get the receipt with my 3yr old. Once I brought the receipt, and Jo verified the purchase, there was no apology or anything but I was gonna let it be but Jo has the nerve to tell me that I need to watch and make sure the security case is taken off when I buy it. The way she said it as if this whole thing was my fault and could have been avoided if I was more careful, instead of apologizing for their carelessness irked me. So I told her it shouldnt be my responsibility, but the cashiers. And she mumbled something under her breath and shook her head as if I was being ridiculous. So I told her I will be filing a complaint, and that if accidents keep happening at the same location, there is something that needs to be fixed there. I know accidents happen, but the way they dealt with their mistake and their attitude was very unprofessional.

This Wal-Mart needs more employees to be able to take care of the customers. The customer service is horrible the employees have an attitude when they talk to you and only one person to oversee the do it your self lanes but they dont work and trying to get someone to check you out its dam near impossible.time to get my items 10 - 15 minutes, time to check out 30 minutes. Something is not right with that

Although it is a neighborhood market this Walmart has many good things which sometimes u wont find at some super center. But of course it is not supercenter so not everything is available here but for neighborhood market it is great. They have primo refill water. Parking is little weird but not bad and not crowded all the time.

As long as you dont have high expectations for great customer service or everything being in stock every visit then this Walmart is fine. Nothing exceptional to speak of but nothing horrible to say either. It is just like how every other Walmart has become. Good prices on most stuff that is in stock but thats it.

This is the cleanest store I have ever been in. The employees are very nice and very helpful. I had trouble looking for the dog food and a associate named Samantha helped me out. She asked how my shopping experience was. And if I found everything I was looking for. I will be coming back to this store again l.

Very quiet very clean and tidy very large and varied staff willing to help. There are ATM inside and a season to make money and send money orders. There are ATMs for self service and regular. Selling baby products, makeup and grooming as well as toys and magazines. Excellent place!

Customer service is always great at this location. The store is very small so they run out of products quickly. The pharmacy is great havent had any problems with them yet. Restrooms are clean the majority of the time. Lines can get long at checkout but overall they work very efficiently.

Really nice an clean Walmart, the building used to be another supermarket but now it is a Walmart, they have most of the things that you might need but keep in mind that clothing and other areas like toys, landscaping and more are not part of this store, as it is mostly a supermarket.

For some reason, they never have enough registers open in the early evening. Parking is generally great, easy to get in and out of spaces, and people seldom drive the wrong way down the aisle. The lack of open registers though, makes this a bad "stop on the way home."

Opens 24hrs, good for late shopping, plenty of parking spaces at night, one cash register open at night and one self check out, so you might wait if many people had the same idea. Al in all good place, well lit parking, and clean place.

Long lines. Employees used to be freindly there when first opened but most are rude now. Not a neighborhood store.employees are not helpful .will never go back to this store.store is very dirty and prices are always marked wrong.

Well stocked, tidy, clean and with helpful self checkout attendant and other friendly associates. Theres something good about the Neighborhood Market format stores. I definitely prefer them over the superstores at the moment.

Very convenient to shop at, but beware buying out of date items. Restocking is rarely done at all, so expect for things to be out of stock. Also check for improper packaging, and busted cans when purchasing drinks.

Excellent Walmart facility, great customer service, quiet and calm grocery shopping. My favorite in the area. Now if you are looking to buying more than food, like clothing, etc. Go somewhere else.

Small and convenient but there is never a cashier around. Everyone is stuck using the 2 or 3 working self check out lanes. You could be in line for 15 minutes just getting a gallon of milk.
