A majority of my experiences here were unpleasant. A majority of the produce looks like it will spoil in less than a week. In addition, the staff was lazy and rude which also means that the customer service was atrocious. The staff gave false information about how long a sale would go on to my mom and didnt apologize but got very defensive. So my mom and I drove an hour for this sale and got nothing out of it. We had to go to a different Korean grocery store to buy 40lbs. of marinated meat for my church. The cashier also kept ordering my little cousin to do things for her like bringing a cart from outside (because we were buying more than the normal visit to make food for our church members), asking her to go put a voided item away, and letting her carry heavy items that a little girl would struggle to carry. Throughout all this, workers were relaxing and my mom had to intervene. There was also a problem with the bagging workers. They were lazing around letting my cousin do their own job before stepping in when there were only 5 bags left. There were more then 20 bags in the whole purchase. Overall, this store needs better customer service.

the store is very clean, bright, appealing, and some of the prices are very affordable. (ex red cherries for 1.99 lb) When i got home, the cherries were very sweet and juicy so i got more next week. the staff is very friendly and i especially liked the young man who was bagging. the only thing the store could work on are to get more people at the register stations and get more baggers. other then that, im very satisfied and i will continue shopping here!

Pretty nice and new store. More stuff directly imported in Korea. The store is very small compared to nearby Hmart. It is like the size of Trader Joes but u can always find what you need. No smelly seafood smell so far and employees are generally nice except for that white women at the cash register.

Its like Trader Joes of Korean market. You can find some snacks and other food items you cant find in other Korean markets. Their banchan and kimchi are very nice.
