The worst Kroger Ive ever shopped at in 31 years. Ive been a loyal Kroger customer my whole life. I loathe shopping at Publix or any other grocer. But Ive never experienced such a disorganized and mismanaged Kroger in my life. First off, they frequently are out-of-stock on commonly bought items (e.g. Lactaid milk, Yoplait yogurt, etc.). Secondly, for some ungodly reason, they stock DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. If you are shopping, youre squeezing past carts with boxes on them throughout the whole store. They need to stock when it isnt busy, not when it is. And finally, their pharmacy. If I give them a prescription, I can pretty much guarantee that it wont be filled for two hours, minimum. Basically, I pick up all of my medications the day after giving them to the pharmacy people.

This Krogers just keeps getting worse and worse. I bought liquid vitamins from this Krogers the other day and just noticed today that it had expired 5 months ago!!! How does that happen? The employees are all young and need much better guidance by the managers. And to top it all off they always have gas prices that are higher than the surrounding gas stations. As of today they are 25 cents higher than a gas station that is just 5 miles down the road. So if I spend $100 in groceries at this Krogers I only get 10 cents off per gallon. How is this in incentive to shop at krogers?

Ill never come here again. Bought pomegranate seeds got back to the office and they were rotten, took about an hour to get the taste out of my mouth. Returned them to the store and the customer service rep didnt even seem to give a damn didnt say a word an handed me my money back. I had planned on going inside in buying some things and another container of pomegranate seeds but forget it, heading to Publix only 5 miles down the road so I guess theyll be getting all my money from now on.

Every time I go to this Kroger Im reminded how much I despise it. The people that work there are rude and not helpful. I only go here if I have no alternative, but usually I shop at a Kroger out of town. This particular Kroger always has super long lines with only one or two registers open. Even though they have 15 register lanes! Ridiculous! Go here if you want customer no-service!

Store is filthy...inside and out. Not my first trip here. Trash left all over. It seems as though the manager(s) does not take much pride in keeping it clean. Makes you wonder how food items are handled. Appearance can be a reflection and indicator. Bells down the road is much smaller and less frills but at least it is clean.

The Kroger company rearranged the store and I cant find anything. Also the employees who are shopping for the customers who sent in a computer order, are all over the store filling theses order and will run over you to load their carts with no regard to their customers! Most of the employee shoppers are not courteous!

Kroger is my usual go to store. They have a great selection and their prices are usually pretty reasonable. However, within the past 6 months their customer service has seemingly gone downhill. It looks like an almost completely new set of staff members and some of them just arent that friendly.

Im sure Kroger is a great supermarket however I will drive right past it to go to Publix 8 miles farther down the road there is a constant stench of dead fish when you first walk in the door which totally puts me off shopping here

This store is getting increasingly better and better my husband and I are both handicapped and there is always a worker near by that is eager to help us this is not the case in other stores we are happy to shop at kroger

A man be hind the milk area where they stock the milk and stuff I sent my daughter to get me a gallon of milk and when I got over there she was asking me what kind to get and then we heard a man say son of a bit*h.

The produce and dairy products do not last long. The gallon of milk I bought soured before the expiration date. Lettuce in the bag is on the shelf and is wilted. Trust me, go the extra 5 miles and shop at Publix.

I enjoy going to Kroger because I like the prices on most items. I am going to miss the senior discount on Wednesdays. I dont think it needs to be dropped. I would like to see double coupons return.

The Kroger is pretty run of the mill with prices just like any other Kroger youll find. Not a fan of the location because my cells service is abhorrent (Its located in trough between two hills).

I was very impressed by the produce selection. I changed my planned meals for the week so I could cook some of the delicious looking bok choy and carrots, even though both are out of season.

Very clean. Has good selection and associates are friendly. However, their prices have gone up sooooo much in the past 2 years. If youre on a budget try Quality Foods.

Tack on another 30 minutes to check out. Do me it is faster to drive an extra 10 minutes to another store. Try Aldi is far less expensive

Nice store, particularly enjoyed the vegan/vegetarian section. Although its a 45 minute drive we will be purchasing from the store again.
