This is why I give them 2 Stars. They do have a lot of typical Asian products, such as canned food, noodles, drinks, spring roll wrappers, live fish, and fresh produce etc. The price of most of their products are about the going but cheaper then Meijers, Kroger, or your regular store. I have been coming here for the past few years every 4 months and this is my biggest complaint. I would say customer service 90% of the time is HORRIBLE. The owners/employees barely smile, they dont really say hello or goodbye, and "thanks for coming" wishes. (FYI : Im Asian) One time I was there at the same time they opened and said HELLO, no one Greeted me, they looked at me as if I were Satan. My husband who is not Asian gets treated the same. I only go there because they have what I need when I cant get to my favorite Asian store on Dequindre & 11 mile Kim Nhung Super foods.(Yes, I drive that far) I try not to give them any business because of how rude they are. P.S. GOOD LUCK if your trying to return something. 4 Stars for what I need and a BIG fat ZERO for customer service!

Store manager refused to return, exchange, or give store credit for faulty/expired goods. Berated my mom for even asking. Store manager stated the store computers have a database of receipts but refused to look ours up to aid us. He also said that he was not worried about losing our business because this store is the only large Chinese market in the area. Very rude customer service. I have pictures of the faulty goods and the store manager to prove it.

Has a decent selection of the items I need to cook authentic Chinese food, however their produce might run low depending on when you go during the week. If you dont know your way around the store and cant find what youre looking for, the staff isnt the most friendly or helpful. If you have the option, Way 1 Supermarket on Plymouth Rd is better.

The largest and greatest Asian grocery store I know of. Huge selection and variety of goods. Fresh, frozen, dried and canned goods. Very large seafood section with tanks of live goods. Large housewares and restaurant supply section

Very unique to the area. Has many items you would look for in preparation for all sorts of meals. The building itself is also pretty cool looking. Sort of musty and dirty inside which was not the most appealing to purchase items.

Really great selection of items. And absolute go to for us. Produce can be better though. I am not always sure I will find fresh greens and I have bought certain fruit that has not tasted very fresh. Still, we visit very often.

Original: April 19, 2017 I enjoy their large selection and that they offer live fish, etc. I dont care much for their $10 credit card minimum. Still, the selection is larger than Id expect for a typical Asian grocery store.

Ive always found the staff helpful when i ask where something is. They have a great selection of everything from groceries to Asian pots, pans and dishes. BEST place to go for Asian candy such as lychee jellies or pocky.

They got EVERYTHING here! It took me back to when I loved those lil Asian grocers overseas.....lack of English on the products and everything! (It makes ya want to talk and get to know about their store a lil bit)

Large selection of Chinese and Asian cooking implements. An entire aisle for noodles and soy sauce, fresh veg (even fresh lotus) and a particularly good selection of cooking and serving products.

A must-go for Chinese ingredients and food. They even provide fresh seafood. The only thing is that the market is quite big, so watch out for expiration date of the stuff you bought.

I bought a purple yum today and when I opened the jar it is already spoiled and has mold in it. I hope they will check their products expiration and wont display the expired.

I enjoy getting the choice of everything on the food bar. There is something for everyone even if they do not eat Asian food. Sushi is the best.

Variety isnt as extensive as their larger stores. So they may not have what youre looking for. Vegetables are not very fresh most of the time.

Nice large Asian market, a lot of good selection, though does seem a little messy in side, prices are fair, some things are a little pricey.

Great selection at this Asian market. The only negatives are that the whole store reeks of fish, and they need to clean it better.
