This Cornelia, GA Store has by far the WORST Management of any Ingles location that I have ever been to! I even worked for the Clarksville Ga, Ingles. When Wesley Kelly was selected to Manage the Cornelia, GA location, it was great for a couple of years. When I worked at the Clarksville, GA location, Darren Mitchell was the store Manager, and Mr. Wesley Kelly, worked under Mr. Mitchell, for quite awhile. Darren Mitchell was known by so many many people, his customers would shop for their items, & look for Mr. Mitchell, they each, & everyone would just light up! Wesley Kelly, has been Store Manager for quite sometime now. He has had many many complaints against him, many people have refused to shop there (they drive all the way to Clarkesville to avoid Mr. Kelly! He does not connect with his customers, he has dated a few people that he is the boss of.... Which is incredibly wrong, unprofessional, & if Im not mistaken, AGAINST the RULES, & a conflict of interest.. He received a complaint from me, about one of his Customer Service Managers, & how rudely he treated & spoke to me. Wesley Kelly did not address this issue, nor did he try & contact me via email or phone Call. He made that nights issues, bullying, & poor customer Service towards me "disappear". I had not seen our ran into Wesley Kelly until last night (22, August 2015 @ 20:25). He was standing with another one of his Managers working under him, as I walked in the Store, he made sure I saw him laughing at me! Mr. Kelly, telling his colleague, of my previous issue/complaint I went to him with, & laughing at me due to my "issue" not being of any interest to him". He made this scene very obvious so that I would notice. Obviously, I did notice this moment of complete harassment, he & one of his CS Managers, looked at me , my entire visit, & laughed in my face. Still choosing not to address my concerns. I have no respect for him, that store # located in Cornelia, Ga! Again, many many people have some of their terrible as well as claimed, pronounced, spoke out to Corporate for their help, as well as completely stopped shopping for their food & non-food necessities. Hopefully things within this location, will be addressed as they should be!

I have recently been working with Wes Kelly at the Cornelia Ingles and have been very impressed with his professional demeanor. He has gone above and beyond to help with my situation and I often see him greeting customers and asking how they are doing. I think he is respected and liked by the customers there and have even heard good comments about how he is running the store.

Great salad bar, decent hot bar. Theres a decent amount of variety in this store, as well as a Starbucks. The only real pproblem I have is the parking lot and prices. The stops arent clearly marked, so people have a tendency to drive crazily. The prices on some things are ridiculous, and I never even heard a cashier offer to price match.

Have been treated with respect at all times.. it is a store more for the well to do.. but, the employees are nothing but nice to you.. AWESOME prices.. and great deals.. LOVE the Deli.. they make fabulous Sandwiches... Always Clean.. even the restrooms.. Very Impressed.

Ingles does not care about their customers. Store Manager Wesley D Kelly allowed another customer to bully and slander my mom. He is an unresponsive and incompetent manager.This store is a disgrace and Ingles should be ashamed. Go shop at Kroger.

Their exorbitant meat prices and rude staff (shakayla) will make me drive the extra distance to get reasonable prices . I dont ask to be treated like royalty, but hire people with just a little common courtesy.

We just moved to Cornelia and this store is huge. Our Ingles In Gainesville was much smaller and the deli workers were awful. At this location the employees are helpful and the deli workers are great

Very large store with everything (foods), very good lunches to be purchased up and they always have rhubarb when we go up during the rhubarb season. Very clean and very nice workers

Great God at good prices. Ingles market rivals Publics and Kroger supermarkets for good selection, quality, customer support and cost. Much better than Wal-Mart for groceries! :-)
