We love Publix, the staff, the quality and the experience. Only the staff is in question. After today we will not be returning to this particular Publix. The people at the check out counter saw fit to mock and embarrass my wife at checkout over a simple misunderstanding. Instead of explaining it they made it seem like she was an idiot and how can she not understand. Unfortunately this was not the first time we have had issues with the staff at this location. We have had a few run ins where people here are just plain Aholes. We will be taking our business to Kroger and Aldi from now on.

Its your normal kind of Publix. The only exceptional part is some of the staff, like Lisa, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist you with your groceries. This Publix is also exceptional in that some of the staff do the opposite of Lisa and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome, specifically the cashier Sarah. Sarah will comment on your choice of groceries and be consistently unfriendly. I always avoid her line even if it is the shortest. Otherwise this is a fine Publix!

Publix is an awesome grocery store. I generally love their customer service skills and the way they present themselves as a business in general. BUT, this store didnt seem to get the training that the other stores present effortlessly. I go frequently to buy their fried chicken, and its not uncommon to wait there for about 3-5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Also, they frequently disregard clear requests. This store needs to get their act together.

Today I overheard this exchange between an elderly man and an employee. Apparently he had been talking to her for a while, as he said, " Well, I know you have other things you need to be doing." She replied, "The most important part of my job is to help you,." This illustrates the great customer service I have had at this store since it opened years ago. Love Publix in general, and love this little store in particular.

IF you can get someone to answer the phone, they are not helpful and do not seem to listen to your need as their responses to questions or concerns are inappropriate and leave you puzzled wondering what just happened.

Its Publix - whats not to love? Smaller footprint for this store. Selection still large, though, with the expected great customer service. Easier in/out than some of the larger stores in larger parking lots.
