I visited 3105 Steve Reynolds Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096 on 03.23.2015 and my experience was not delightful at all. I had an appointment and had already previously been to the store as well as had my husband inform the workers there of what I needed so when I came for my appointment, they should have already been prepared for me, they knew what I wanted, had the name and address and should have gotten me entered into the system and had me on my way since I had to work that day, however, this did not occur. Due to the young Caucasian sales rep whom I dont fully remember his name, consistently trying to sell me other options on tires instead of listening to when I informed him of exactly what I wanted, I was not classified as "checked in" until after my appointment time and after speaking to manager Justin Drake, I was informed that the guarantee that was displayed in the building regarding how they would ensure customers with appointments were taken care of within a certain amount of time, was not a guarantee and was more of a "attempt" to do so. This store also broke a lug nut off one of my tires and lied about it afterwards. I ended up being late for work and could not have been more upset with this company. I felt as though they didnt care what I wanted and instead wanted to make a bigger profit out of me which is why the sales rep consistently avoided my wants and insisted on informing me of very expensive tires. Ill be sure to never return to this store.

WOW - an amazing experience. Partly Discount Tire in general, and partly this individual location. We were driving to a friends house from NC to GA when we hit some large foreign object on I-85. My tire was ripped and rim was dented. We were without a spare - luckily we were only about 20 minutes away from our friends house and he had a spare that fit our car. We called Discount Tire and let them know we were coming and they were ready for us when we got there. The staff was very friendly and informative, they definitely made us feel better about the situation and we felt very comfortable. THANK GOODNESS for the Discount Tire insurance plan - we were SO GLAD we purchased it, the visit took only $24 dollars, and that was just to re-up the insurance for the new tire. We had a special situation and the manager and associate who helped us went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of - THANK YOU Discount Tire and a special thanks to this location. You made a bad situation have a very happy ending - we will never get our tires anywhere else!

Went to get a tire patched because it had a nail but in the end it turned out that the nail was outside "fixable area" and they would not let me drive off with my old tire so I was forced to buy new one. My tire was relatively new and in opinion fixable. Could of gone to Mexican shop and get it patched for 15 dollars instead of paying for new one. **"*Just be warned if you take your car there to get tire fixed for what I thought to be free of charge. *** I mean I guess under certain circumstances they will be able to repair it but otherwise they will not let you go without you buying from them and I found that somewhat annoying.

I came and bought a tire in May, in sept I was driving on the highway and my tire popped. It hasnt been 4 months yet and I come in and they wouldnt give me a new tire for free instead they wanted to charge me for a new one. This was my first time buying tires here Im not coming here ever again. Yes there prices are lower than other ppl but if they sell you a tire that pops Im wondering how good are there tires???

My father and mother cannot speak English so they asked to my sister for translate the situation by phone. The guy who spoke with my sister was so patient, not to angry with inconvenience about communication. He was keeping smiling and gave the best service for my parents. After returning home, they keep praising him and the service to us. Very satisfied and want to go again when my tire has problem.

Many companies try their hardest to figure out a way to negate lifetime warranty and charge customers but definitely not at Discount Tire! Sam took less than 5 min to check me in while explaining different options I have and answering all the questions I had in a courteous manner. Fastest tire change with best customer service experience! Definitely recommend and will surely return!

I went to 2 other tire stores with a nail in my tire and was told by both Pep Boys and Kaufman Tire that I needed not just one tire, but 2 or all 4 tires. Discount Tire made the repair for free and told me to come back in about 10,000 miles when I WOULD need new tires. Thanks for saving me money. I will be back to get my tires when I need them!

Actually i didnt believe the reviews. But they were very kind , fast , and proffesional. I understand why many customers visit them. I usually dont like americans store. Cuz they charge too much labor fee and not kind. But they charge less labor fee and more kind than other store like kauffirm tire. No body beats them. They are the best.

I love the level of service at this place! They are always very courteous and professional. They check the air pressure and fill my tires for free. When I got a flat tire they also patched that up for free. The waiting area is clean and they offer complimentary water bottles and coffee. Will never go elsewhere.

Been going to this location ever since I relocated from San Diego. They have outstanding custome service! They always greet me as soon as I park ready to help! The prices you cant beat. Specially with trucks tires!! Ryan his awesome and answered all my questions. Even with the research I did Ryan was dead on!!

They really fix flat tires plus rebalance for free. They even make all my four tires shining again! Great service and nice people. I have got two sets of four tires from discount tires. I am so happy with their price and service quality. Highly recommended for people living in Duluth and Johns creek.
