I received some of the worst customer service in recent memory while checking out here today. Trying to use Samsung pay, I was given an annoyed and rude respone instead of just simply informing me that it did not work. This continued through the rest of the transaction. The employee on the floor was kind and asked us if we needed assistance twice, which was appreciated. I would rather the cashier be normal and try to sell me a membership than treat me like I wasnt worth his time. If you work in a customer service industry, please dont take out your frustrations on customers as reflects badly on yourself and the store.

I like to support CD stores, I really do which is why I attempt to shop there. I went to purchase a CD today and was met by the teller with a "come on man, is that all youre buying?" He then proceeded to peddle his magazine subscriptions and not taking the first or second "no" for an answer kept going. I finally lost it. The sad thing is, this isnt the first time this has happened, and apparently my complaint to the manager went unheeded. To be first insulted for just spending money in their store to then be ridiculed for not spending more, I finally got the hint: Im not going to give them any more business.

Do not subscribe to get the "free" magazine. You will still be charged even after you cancel the fye subscription. I like the store but not the false advertising by the associate. Im sure the script comes from corporate and they are just doing their job. Its also very inconvenient on the process of canceling the 3 subscriptions and the fye discount card.

Im not a fan of big box music stores in general. But this one is the worst Ive ever been to. There selection is huge, but what albums arent overpriced are unlistenable. If you have to buy music in Douglasville, youd be better off at hot topic or even target. Otherwise, head to marietta. There are some decent record stores out there.

Horrible. My husband and I were there Saturday night. My husband was going to buy some Pokemon cards notice a pack of Pokemon cards were open and went to tell a really rude employee about it. This employee looked at my husband like he had stole the cards and he said well how did that happen?... In a really rude way.

Piss poor service. Was treated very poor at check out. I recommend not going to this unless you want to argue with the checkout about a price.

Horrible service. African American manager argues about price even when it says on sale. Would not recommend going here at all
