Caution when purchasing furniture from Badcock. We were sold a damaged bedroom set and told that there was only a dent on one nightstand. After the furniture was delivered we noticed that the dresser and chest both had issues and the chest was missing an entire corner, it was completely broken off. Due to the contract stating that the furniture was sold "As Is" they refused to do anything about it other than tell us we could pay more and get another chest. The bed broke the first night, one of the rail supports came completely off and broke one of the bed rails. The quality of the rails and supports was terrible so they sold us metal supports for another $150. Replacement of the bed rails took a week and the new ones were in terrible shape, peeling wood and cracked rail support. I would recommend any other furniture store but if you do go to Badcock make sure that you inspect everything very closely before you buy and after delivery, before the drivers leave. Do not accept anything that is not in the condition that you purchased. Through all of this the manager, nor any of the employees, would take responsibility for anything. Each of them blamed the other for each of the issues. There were more problems but I dont have the time to write down everything that happened. All I can say is Buyer Beware !!!

Worst place to shop period. Dont spend your hard earned money here. I wish I could give this place NO stars. Emily was my sales rep. She was nice and very helpful in the store. Once you leave the store all the customer service goes out the window. I ordered a full living room set, but half of it happened to be on back order. I had to wait a whole 3 weeks for it to come. Ok cool, I was prepared for that. I also ordered a whole bedroom set complete with a mattress set. So delivery day gets here and No mattress set arrived with my order, plus the mirror that came with the bedroom set was shattered when they opened the box. Emily never put my mattress set on my order at all. The bed also had a cracked headboard. So now Im stuck with a bedroom set with no mattress and a missing mirror because it was shattered and a living room with one sofa. The store manager was absolutely no help at all. She wont help with anything.

Dont ever buy the warranty from here. They wont fix under warranty items nor schedule for the items to be fixed. It is very sad that Ive spent probably 20k in the last 10 years buying furniture from here. My next purchase will be somewhere else in the next couple of weeks.

Answered all our question about the furniture line we were looking at. We purchased a living room suite and it was delivered and no damage done to it. The delivery men were friendly and sit up the furniture for us. We have seen no problem yet.
