Mike made our day as he worked with us for several hours and helped us put together a new living room set that we are very pleased with and anticipate will fit well into our home. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer each of our questions and helped us with a special order chair in a fabric that we all felt would fit with the color of the leather sofa and loveseat that we liked and also ordered. We appreciate the fact that the furniture is made in America and that was a selling point with us that Mike pointed this out to us knowing the manufacturer and the origin of the furniture was a great selling point for us. This speaks well for the training and information that was provided to and for Mike. Thanks for a great experience! We have always found what we like and want at Furniture Fair and now have a new sales person that we trust and value.

Ive bought furniture at the competition. Havertys, Frontroom, Morris/Ashley. Frankly, the sales. service, delivery from the others does NOT measure up. FurnitureFair is now our first stop when shopping for ANY room in the house. The salespeople acknowledge you (unlike Havertys) and offer their assistance, but not the way a used car salesman might. They are knowledgeable and work to understand the styles and colors which appeal to you. They take the time to make sure your new furniture is the right fit for your budget, and your needs. The delivery guys do an AWESOME job! Always careful not to nick up walls and they make sure to wear footies to keep our floors clean. I may shop the others, but my go-to is always FurnitureFair.

My family & I came in yesterday to browse. We were quickly greeted by Austin, who was great! He gave us plenty of time to peruse the store alone & checked in with us periodically. I tend to be very indecisive & I wasnt quite sure what I was looking for (my husband of course just goes along with me lol). Austin was able to listen to our needs/wants & guide us to something that works for our family at the right price. We are now anxiously awaiting our new furniture! Thank you Austin for being patient with us & getting us out the door with what we were looking for...we will be back when we are ready for the bedroom furniture!

My experience with Karen Moore on Saturday May 24, 2014 was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it. My husband is having major back surgery and I needed a recliner that laid flat when reclined. She not only found that for me but it was also electric and had a lift. That is going to be huge in my husbands recovery. We get the chair tomorrow and I cant wait. I have bought all my furniture from Furniture Fair and I will continue to do so and have Karen as my sales person. Thank you so much!

Check out this store! I went in to purchase a new recliner today and not only did I do that but also left with a TON of new furniture ideas for the rest of my living space. Even though this store is "redecorating" itself, everything was pretty easy to find and the staff was courteous and VERY informative. I had many options to choose from and the sales folks there helped from the time I walked in all the way up to walking us out the door. Oh...and did I mention GREAT pricing! We will definitely be returning.

Fast Lane Sofa 1st one delivered Oct. 28 2009 had bent frame, scuff marks, and a broken mech. 2nd Sofa delivered 11/4/09 had a broken mech and an electrical wire sheared/shorted by the mech cutting into it due to improper assembly. Dylan Sofa Picked this one out to replace the sofa that was a electrical/fire hazard. It was delived 11/12/09 and had cargo strap scuff marks and scratches in the leather back. The manager seemed unconcerned so, we got our money back. BUYER BEWARE!

Actually just ran in to check the prices on a bed and trundle, ended up not just looking but ordering the bed and trundle, great customer service!!! I bought a couch there about a year and a half ago and all the seams are coming apart. They sent a tech out to my house that told me the manufacturer went out of business to call the store manager which I did. They said there is nothing they can do about it since the manufacturer is out of business. So I am stuck with a couch that will need replaced soon. I will never shop there again.
