I was a loyal customer for 2 years, purchasing and paying off (on time) several items. I just paid off another item with them recently, so I figured Id ask for a limit increase because I was planning to buy a whole new living room set from them when I move in a month. Instead of increasing my limit, they decided to lower it by $700 instead. Unfortunately, they have poor business practices, and I wouldnt recommend any company that treats their customers as such. Youre better off going to Aarons on the other side of town, and thats coming from someone that dislikes Aarons since its an obvious ripoff.
