I have had 3 different accounts with farmers furniture and have not been late on any payment. I purchased a whole living room suit Labor Day weekend 2016 (not yet even a year old) at about 5 months I noticed my material was coming apart. ( Luckily enough I purchased the 2 year extended warranty) I call the store and of course they were going to come out and take pictures. I waited so many days and still hadnt heard anything, I call back and of course they were going to do something about it. Finally after about 3 months the parts were order and someone came out to supposedly fix the furniture, the parts were wrong the man left the parts laying in my kitchen, I finally call and ask for the store manager and he did help with the situation and just order me a new set, well the love seat, and sofa, I also had a recliner that nothing was done about. finally after about 2 mnths I got the love seat and sofa replaced. Then, I went to vacuum underneath the new set and find the material underneath one of the recliners the dust liner has come off and hanging. I call they say, they will come out to take pictures I tell them they still havent taken care of my recliner. We schedule an appointment they call to cancel 1st appointment okay fine we reschedule they come out and take pictures of only my recliner he (store manager) says I didt bring my tool to fix the lining but I will come back on Friday (today 8/25/2017), I say okay, this was Wednesday they called on Thursday to confirm our appointment for Friday 8/25/17 to fix the lining.Friday comes and this time the (store manager) dont show up I call about 10 minutes before they close and they tell me they forgot about me and would like to reschedule. This is when I drew the line, I was willing to continue purchasing items from them with dealing with the back and forth, but today when they "forgot about me" they lost me as a customer.

FEB/2015 my wife and I went into this location to get a bed room suit. Everything seemed to be going normal we completed our transaction and went to leave and thats when the problem happen. The finance manager Felicia though it was a good idea to follow us out in to the parking lot and try to discuss our finance in front of the store. In my opinion this is very inappropriate on every level and made her self appear very uneducated.I will never do business here again and the fact the manager did not seemed concerned by the action of his employee. SEPT/2015 Every-time I call and Felicia answers I request some one else to make a payment she is the one of the rudest people I have ever meet. They must had been desperate when they hired her ( I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE DRIVE AND GO SEE THE PEOPLE IN CALHOUN, GA. I REGRET EVER DOING BUSINESS HERE.

We have been a customer of this buisness for a good time now at first our furniture kept breaking they sent a shady repair guy out to my home a 10:00pm who wanted to take my couch with him in the pouring rain no negative thats not happening that was the 1st problem. 2nd we made payment arrangements because my wife was in the hospital then felica files a court order to sue us when she said it was ok to pay everything but $30 we didnt have never told us it would breech our contract for 30 bucks and they would take us to court to either pay all 1400 we owe or it will completely reuin my wifes credit wanna talk about a very very shady person every time my wife calls she picks up and hangs up on her very buisness professional there last time ill ever buy anything from this company!!!!

I had really great service at this location,the staff was very patient and helpful. I had shopped around a lot before coming here at other buissnesses(in stores and online), the prices at farmers beat all of their local competitors by far. I would recommend shopping here first, dont waste your time anywhere else.

You cant trust the management at this store. They will lie to you and I wont do business with liars. How could you trust that they would stand behind their products if they lie to you. Was the store manager and assistant store manager. Buyers Beware.

Took it upon themselves to charge my card without my authorization or knowledge causing me numerous overdraft fees with my bank. Giving 3 stars because they did resolve it but it still was a big inconvenience being out of my money for a week.

They want stand behind their warranty. I bought chair here and it broke down and its not because I weigh 225lbs my wife owns same chair and she bought her at same time and she only weighs 238 lbs.
