Great overall experience. Ashley is the best. If you need a new mattress go there and ask for Ashley. If she is busy wait or come back later. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I had a great experience there. As far as the mattress goes will have to repost, just brought it home. Just remember to ask for Ashley!

I loved this place because I just had the best night of sleep I have ever had. My salesperson Missy Pike gave us every option we could get. Let us try out anything we wanted. Then stayed late and did everything she could to get us where we needed to be. We will be back next time.

Missy took great care of us tonight! She was very good at explaining the different types and levels of firmness of the various mattresses. We ordered 2 mattresses for the kids and an additional complete set for ourselves. Its 15 years over due! Heres to a good nights sleep!

Went to the Richmond store to kill time before a movie ended up being late after I started talking to Ashley. I was so impressed by Ashley that I almost forgot I bought a new bed. The bed is great and really does what she told me it would.
