Unfortunately, I did not have a productive time at this location and I will never shop here again. At the time, a relative that I was shopping with was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was in need of a wig. The Asian clerk that was assigned to the wig department was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not one time did she smile and behave in a way that was welcoming to a customer. Given our circumstance, her behavior made a difficult time even more challenging. I visited with manager after this incident and she stated that, "she was not surprised; weve heard this before." Ive since written to the headquarters to report the maltreatment of its customer. I urge you to shop at a different location or choose another place to spend your money! Customers deserve to be respected at all times.!

As blacks we shouldnt allow companies like Beauty Master to continue to set up shop in black neighborhoods to get rich. I say this because these same stores will not stand behind the products that they sell. They will not give a cash refund for any reason and store credit for a very few reasons. Until they are ready to reverse their return policy we should seek our beauty essentials elsewhere. Look for a movement to run them out of our neighborhood on Facebook.

I went in the other day after i saw all these ads on twitter. my cousin told me that it is was a great and that you get free gifts with purchase. I went in it was so big never seen a beauty supply store that big before! It was like a weave and wig wonderland. The staff was so nice and very knowledgable. They told me the differences between the different hair. It was great and I will definately Go Back n you should too!!!!!!!!

I was definitely impressed with the massiveness of the store. Super Beauty had an extremely large variety of all types of hair and hair products, along with other items. I would give the customer service a 3.89/5 because most of the employees were very helpful and courteous, but there were may two who seemed aggravated with the customer. My sister and I came from out of state and we were pleased with Super Beauty.

I was shopping at the B.M. store on Headlands and Greenbriar. The cashier was so unfriendly and spoke with such animosity, I looked her in the eye 3 times to try and understand why she gave no customer service at all. I hardly ever go to that loçation and now I will never return...

This place is like a WALMART for hair supplies! They have great deals! I remember they had a sale if you bought one wig, you would get another one free of equal or lesser value. Theyre very professional, great customer service, and overall, a great addition to a mediocre mall.

Very unorganized , now they have a variety of hair, but the attendees dont know anything about the products nor grade of hair, a big store full of unpurchased merchandise....They need to get someone in there to know what there doing

Huge selection!! Sometimes they quickly run out of some of the trendier/popular items. Good staff, has security. Has wig station as well as other things like cosmetics and clothing/shoes

Theyre so hit or miss..if you need basic supplies, then their ok but If you need more specified products I always have to go to the camp Creek location
