Absolutely horrible at filling medications. Waited 2 hours for a medication that all they do is literally add water too, they dont answer their phone and if they do your waiting 20 minutes before they pick up, they lost a hand written Rx that I dropped off through the drive through then was asked (by the tech that took it originally) then was asked " are you sure this was the location you dropped it off at"? Really what kind of question is that? No after two hours (which is they time they told me it would take to fill it) I totally forgot which location I dropped it off at. Then they wouldnt fill it because they said they couldnt read it which was Bs Because when I told them to give it back so I could take it elsewhere even I could read it. Id rather drive 15 minutes to Childrens than 2 minutes down the road to Walgreens just to avoid ever having to deal with this pharmacy again. I have to add that I have 2 special needs kids with many medications and I have never just walked in and walked out without some.sort of issue with our meds.

Dont get me wrong, getting food related items, cigs or other small things here is nice but when it comes to getting your medicine here Ill never go again, same applies to the one on the west side of Hamilton too. Ive dealt with repeated problems trying to get my medicine overs months. Even after my Doctor would call it in, theyd have the meds and could fill them while I was there. I would be told to come back in a day just because they didnt want to fill my medicines in the first place and were upset I brought my Doctor into it. Ive also had a case where I was given the wrong medicine entirely but nicely pointed it out instead of reporting these problems and having these people risk losing there livelihood over it. Im utterly disgusted with most of the pharmacy staff, these kind of actions are immature and unacceptable. Worse yet is they do this to numerous people on a daily basis. My advice is go to smaller run pharmacies if you need medicines, theyll be glad to have you. Only go to here if you need a few items other than medicines.

For some reason my adderall medication is always messed up and Im having to go 3 days without. My doctor has called and faxed complaints several times. My medication has been given too someone else as well and wasnt asked for id. Thank god they have cameras. But my god these people dont have any idea what their doing. Im switching to CVS!

Absolutely horrible service in the drive thru. Hire better people. Hire more people. Hire people who actually care. They cant figure out how to bill my insurance. Ever !!!! Pulled up with screaming baby and they said it wouldnt be ready for another hour!!! She had no sympathy, just said we are swamped and short staffed

Very poor service in pharmary drive thru, waited approx 5-7mins (seemed like forever in hot weather) with no acknowledgement despite pushing all the buttons! Horrible!
