Im from Florida...so finding a good Beauty Supply Store when I got here was a necessity! I usually dont ask attendants for help unless I have looked down every isle and STILL cant find what I am looking for. Therefore, I have no review on customer service. However, supplies wise, The Beauty Masters I go to always has a bunch of items. I give the place 3 stars. Why? Only because the braiding hair & kinky hair (for twists) variety of brands, and colors along with the amount of those items is always limited. I dont do sew-ins..but you will find rows and rows of tracked hair. The wig section is pretty big as well. The product section is large so if you are looking for your shampoo/elixirs you will more than likely find it there.

Ill give this place three stars only because there is a large amount of hair products, weave hair, and wigs, but I will no longer patronize this store. The brown skin lady that was working in the back this morning on 11/29/2016 by the "special" pack hair where all the mannequin heads are on the counter had a really bad attitude. I can spend my money else where and have a better experience with better customer service.

I came in here with several reservations. I wasnt sure what to expect, but at 7:30 on a Friday evening I didnt have many other choices so I gave it a shot. I had my hair cut by Grace, and she did an amazing job! It was on par with some $40+ cuts Ive had before. For $25 I had my hair washed twice (the second, after my haircut included an awesome head/neck massage). Ill definitely be coming back!

I like this place because they have a huge variety of products, but they do charge more for products than stores like Walmart or Target. also, if youre going to shop here, use cash because they WILL steal your card information. I know this because they stole my information not once, but twice. clearly they have criminals working here. havent dared to swipe my card in this store in a year.

This is one of the best hair and beauty supply stores I have ever visited! From hair products to makeup to trinket gifts, they have it all! I am a girly girl and this place is a perfect fit for me! I dont care if it is the Greenbriar location or the Camp Creek locations, youre going to get good customer service! Im going in just a few hours!

The selection of braiding and crochet hair was very minimal... I had a hard time finding anything that had the right number of packs to complete a hairstyle... The customer service was good... A young lady did help me find something i was interested in... I do like the franchise.. I just prefer the morrow location..

I absolutely love this place. It has everything that you need from hair products, multiple walls of hair, and even clothing if you need to go out. They have a whole wall for eye lashes. They have the best products and they are cheaper than going to any other beauty supply. Im addicted.

Terrible service. Ive been to this location 3 times. Asked for assistance twice, reps acted as if I was disturbing them. Go to another location, you will thank me later. Also, I actually love the concept and other locations, just not nasty attitude Camp Creek location.

My mom went to this store and literally wanted to slap the manager and her workers. They were extremely rude and unprofessional! We walked out without purchasing anything just so my mom wouldnt stomp a hole in those minimum wage people. They deserve a half of a star.

Its a few hood rats that work here with jacked up attitudes like MICHELLE COLLINS.. if you dont like your job, quit. Youre in customer service so act like it or go to McDonalds and stay in the back to flip fries if you dont want to deal with people. Disgusting.

Huge store with most of your beauty needs. Majority of the staff are helpful. One girl was a bit rude but I think she has left so good atmosphere. Very reasonable pricing. Organized and not ghetto at all. Safe parking areas. Good location.

Customer Service is poor. The staff is rude every time I patronize this store. They close the store before the posted sign. And dont be in the store right before closing because theyre even more rude. (They are not even worried about the sale)

The only beauty supply store (chain) I go to. I moved to ATL in 2007 and havent been to another since. Always have what Im looking for. When my ppl come from out of town they always get kick out of this place base its huge!!!
