Man all I say about this store is their AWESOME!!! I came into store to get Publix fabric softener, which they were out of manager Mike explained to me that they should have some coming in a day or so, but he said instead of me coming back he offered a another brand ( which was higher price) for same price. GREAT!!! and to top that off another manager Kurt took me up front and open a line for i could check out. This is a great store to shop in. Even the two ladies in customer service were one left the front to find me some help. Walmart, Winn-dixie eat your hearts out PUBLIX blow you guys away.

Worst Publix Deli Ive ever seen. I order subs for lunch 3-4 times a week and my order has been wrong 4/5 times easily. I frequent two other Publix supermarkets with no issue but this one should just be closed down. They have left my hot subs in the cold rack multiple times, labeled my halves as wholes, gave me the wrong bread, jalepenos instead of green peppers, forgot about my order entirely, etc. Pretty much any way my order could be wrong. Ive never had a problem at any other Publix, please fix your deli, fire everyone and start over, do something.

Coupon advertised on the door in the frozen section. It said get the coupon in the front of the store. We could not find the coupon. Was told by the checkout lady if we ever find it come back with receipt. What? The coupon is on the door? Bad customer service. Take a clue from other chain grocery stores and do away with this scavenger hunt process to get a good price. We are not animals in training.

The store is fine, this rating and review is for the deli: In short, there is no management and there is no sense of urgency. They make sandwiches at a snails pace and when you order online and then wait 10 min past the ready time, its still not ready, and yet they have subs that are supposed to be made after, already finished. It boils down to management... im so sick of this place messing up.

The store is always clean in the service is excellent year. My only complaint is that I see too often the cashiers and bag people having conversations while customers are present. So it almost seems that youre interrupting a conversation I making a purchase. In an ideal world it would be trained to not have personal conversation when customers are present.

I was moving so I was needing some boxes, I decided to stop by this Publix (which is the one I usually go to buy groceries) to see if I could get some & even though the boxes were for free the really cared about my request & got the boxes for me. They even put them on the cart for me! Excellent Costumer service is how I would call it. Thanks Publix!

Open, Project Fi trusted, available WiFi network and super friendly employees. Most of the customers at this location are friendly, but, there are a few stragglers with a hand out in the parking lot. This publix does feature a parking lot security guard so ready assured, you should be safe to ship here!

Good place. Im always getting lunch over here. only problem you do have thats your Deli area, customer service is low, employees sometimes being rude and it always takes 20 min to get regular sub ( any day any time) Pls make that part of your store better!

I like the Publix on University and Goldenrod the one my sister goes to its on 436 in Casselberry when she goes to usually doesnt have the marrow bones she cant get them I will get them for her after all shes got a sweet dog and I have a four-legged nephew

The store is very clean, well stocked and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The prices to me, are extremely high, I had to talk myself into buying the bacon, other than the prices they have everything you need.

I like this publix alot but there online ordering needs to be stepped the EFF up. Forced to wait for a order that was supposed to be prepared already. Thats my only gripe, the staff is friendly and the store is clean etc!
