I love publix. There parking lot is always clean and now they have a security guard. Their flowers are so pretty. I wish they had more of a smell though. Their bathroom is always clean. Seems like they used to carry more pies. But the baking area is delicious. Their deli people could be more knowledgeable about the items they sell. I asked one of the ladies if this bors head cheese was lactose free she said no. Till I pointed it out on the label. The fish counter people know about everything. The susi lady will do her best to help you. Even custom order susi. The meat counter cant be beat. They really know their stuff. The stock people know where everything is even when I dont know what it is or what it looks like. Over all I prefer publix to anything else we have around here. There is an organic store in Altamonte. But thats so far and they are expensive.

On a good day they rock. On a bad day they totally suck. I so miss the good old days of Publix the customer was always right, I have had two very negative experiences of late. In both cases it was about products not on the shelf. Everyone knows there is no chain more expensive than Publix. The one reason we accept this, we know it will be there and at the highest quality. It does not bother me not being there as much as rude management. I have had two very negative experiences with a female manager. She is so rude. She is a stocky female with black curly hair. She always looks at you with a could careless smurk on her face. She is so rude and condescending.

This review is for the deli, not the whole store... 1. There are flies flying around like an open air market in a 3rd world country. 2. I waited an hour before I got my lunch meat. This is a problem because the wait time is very long at all of them. 3. They write the time on the slicers the last time they were cleaned. The one that I was on said 11:20...I got my meat cut at 5:30. According to the health inspector those slicers are supposed to be cleaned (soap and water) every 45 min. to an hour I believe...might even be less. The only plus I can say is that they are very courtious...

Why ANYONE would want to shop in a Publix is beyond me. Their prices are through the roof. The pharmacy staff are some of the most incompetent idiots Ive ever met. And what is with the security guards outside BOTH doors??! That does not make me feel protected. It is OFFENSIVE, plain and simple. Ill take the bad rap for shopping at Walmarts because I will NEVER step foot in one of these stores again. I can only imagine what its like working there in those stupid prim and proper green uniforms and being forced to take some lazy asss bags to their car.

Worst Publix ever! Will not be going back. The sandwich line is always minimally staffed. Was in there last week for a sub, the male deli manager and 5 other deli employees were standing around socializing while one employee made sandwiches. I left after 5 minutes of the line not moving. Was in yesterday and my 5 year old couldnt decide between a sugar cookie or a chocolate chip, the woman was very rude to him. When challenged by another employee about her nastiness she was even ruder. Ill take my money elsewhere.

This Publix is filled with advertising junk in the aisles making it difficult to move. Staff rarely ask if you need help to the car, often leaving you at the register to put your own bags in the cart while they move on to ring up the next customer. The selection of groceries is limited. Lots of the same big business type item that is pervasive in cheap markets. In short, this Publix is not a pleasure.

The store is very service oriented. I enjoy going shopping there. only problem Ive ever had is finding certain products. I really appreciate the sushi bar. the attendant is very pleasant to work with. they will always prepare any type of sushi you desire. the only the only real problem I have with all the stores are the prices which are higher the other stores in the area.

Like most of these stores everything is clean and people are friendly. If you shop carefully with there bogos, you can save a lot. But lets face it the meats are good, deli and bakery are great. You can save money by purchasing some products at Wally World.

This store is not bad!!!! The deli is horrible though! They never answer the phone when I call and to get a sub you have to wait forever for some one to come help you. Most of the time you get someone that is miserable and doesnt want to be there.

Love publix, but this one always has empty shelves. All the sales items and BOGO are completely gone. The cashier said "we have alot of couponers" ... okay well the rest of us still need to shop.

The store was unorganized and it seemed to be out of a great number of items. Several of the freezers were empty at least 10 and the butchers area had water all over the floor.
