I was "dismissed" by a pharmacy technician. If they would have just checked to see if I had a second profile created for some reason, I wouldnt have been dismissed, needing to call my doctors office, follow up with the pharmacy and drive all the way back to pick it up. It would have saved me a lot of time. I dont know why I bother going into the store anymore.

Very confusing and unhelpful when you have a problem. Different pharmacists will you tell different things and your prescription will be filled at a later and later date. Also, they put me on hold for 15 mins, so I called back for a hold of 5 mins, and finally got through within 2 mins on the third call where they lied to me.

The pharmacy here is horrible! They never have the items in stock. The manager was rude. I am giving one start to the black tall skinny guy. He is the only one in the pharmacy with customer service skills. The overall service here is so horrible here that I travel to the 17th stree or the lauderdale by the sea pharmacy.

Slow service, most meds have to be ordered. Not the friendliest staff back in the pharmacy, but its the only 24 hour CVS around!
