I wish I could give this Publix 0 stars. I just got back from this Publix, and the staff at the sub station was very rude to my wife. I cant remember the white males name, but he was talking about how he partied to hard last night and shouldnt have come to work today . My wife tells the man to give her a half a sub, and he yells while cutting it there, theres your half, you happy ?! and throws the remainder in the glass container. When my wife said what toppings she wanted on the sub, he was telling her what she should put on it instead. We will no longer be coming to this Publix for subs and the staff was very rude. Highly disappointed.

Worst service. This is the 3rd time trying to order fried chicken. Either they never answer or you get people like Jolly who says you need to order 24 hours in advance to get a order of 16 pieces of chicken. Never seen a store where the employees never want to do their job. Same thing with online deli. You put in a time and only 50% of the time do they have it done by the time you scheduled or slice the right products. I have to go to Publix Hallandale for for my orders. They always say no problem and I get 100% of my order on time. Sad this is my Publix and I have to drive to Hallandale for good service

Service is excellent, 95%of employees are courteous helpful. Needs a little more discipline in the Deli department in keeping track of next number to be called. Should be no favoritism and making sure that numbers sequence in clock are kept and updated as service is provided. Food is fresh clean, and prices are right for the food quality that you provide. Place is kept Clean and in order. Overall I would say 98%. Thank you.

Clearly they have an opening for a deli manager, theres no way a properly supervised team would function that poorly, 98% of my deli visits end up in disappointment, I order online and go to the store and the employees are looking around, scratching their heads like its a new thing. That deli is the underdog of the Publix team and I unfortunately I live across the street from them, wish they would get it together

Worst thanksgiving sub Ive ever had from any Publix. They didnt even know how to make it properly. I asked for it prepared as it is on the menu and add spinach and they couldnt figure it out. They didnt have the seasonal sub on their display like most other Publix stores Ive visited. Had 2 bites of the sandwich and threw it away. Waste of 6.99. Not worth my time to go back and return the sandwich.

I love to shop at Publix, just had a bad experience at customer service with an employee that gave me a hard time just to give me a rain check , I had to wait for over 10 minutes, giving all kind of reasons why she couldnt until I went to shelf and took the price tag and gave to her even then a nice employee went by and told her to give the rain check because I was on the right.

I dont see why people talk so bad about this Publix. I go at least twice a week sense it opened and I have no complaints at all. I love this Publix, its clean , they always have fresh free cookies for my 2 kids , the workers all say hi to my kids and talk to them ... I also use western union a lot here. Best Publix by far if you ask me.

Today was my FIRST time in this publix that is just steps away from my house and I was highly DISAPPOINTED. Terrible customer service, I made the mistake of getting the attention of an employee when I was given the nastiest look ever! I will NOT be returning. I go out of my way to shop at publix and this was such a let down!

Dont have much expectations on expediency at this store. Service level is low, management presence is non-existence, and the management doesnt care. Ive witnessed negative comments and people leaving because of waiting too long. Employees (most) engage each other very friendly and dont replicate with customers.

Dont waste your time with their online ordering. They end up "not having the bread" not trying different bread, not calling or anything. And when you ask about it they are rude and are literally standing there making a sub for someone. With bread. In a place. With a bakery. An entire bakery of bread.

Each visits to Publix is always an awesome experience, the items of choice are easy to find and if assistant needed they always greet you with a friendly and welcome smile. The cashiers are ecceptional and the customer service there is second to none *****. Thats my rating and thank you.

Male Pharmacist was absolutely rude the whole phone convo. I thanked him when finishing the call he said "yeah" and ended the call. I love Publix and at most find everyone pretty kind and welcoming, but sadly this experience was pretty awful/disappointing .

It is a totally extraordinary site. Great masters art along with impressive collections of local decorative and bayou art. Beautiful and graceful setting. Excellent cafe for lunch. A must see experience for visitors to Nola. Go and see for yourself.

Ive ordered twice for food from the deli (24 hour notice orders) and Ive had to wait over a half hour after the requested time both visits. The second time, the order was wrong and I had to wait even longer for them to correct it.

Organics are growing, as are non-gmo, grass-fed, free range and Murrays non-gmo chicken products. They were out of Organic Dark Chocolate today, but they are responding to what many people want and all people need. Thank- you!

Very nice store, nicer than the one in Hollywood, newer, bigger, easier access, has everything we need when we are in town, located in a shopping center so there are other stores as well, highly recommend it.

Parking is a disaster. There customer service is not so great, every time Ive came to this Publix the cashiers act as if your bothering them by entering there line.

This is a wonderfully stocked, spacious and clean store. The folks that work there are used to dealing with multi ethnic groups and are very friendly.
