I called the pharmacist to ask for advice on an over the counter medication that I am taking. I suffer from migraines so I took Excedrin to relieve it but unfortunately my sinus are acting up again. Considering we are in the beginning of Spring. Last year, I had a terrible sinus infection and had to be under antibiotics, Claritin, Sudafen, Flonase, and Benzonatate. This time, I prepared myself and bought Allegra, flonase and Sudafed. I called to see if it was safe to take Excedrin and Sudafed before going to bed and the pharmacist was extremely dismissive and very rude. All I needed was a polite and professional responce. He made me feel really uncomfortable and to top it off has place me on hold for the past 20mins. I will never buy or step foot in another CVS ever again. From now on Ill take my businessmen else where. What a disgrace to have such unprofessional staff memebers.

This is the worst I have used pharmacy, when you call always put you on hold and answer you half an hour later he called every time can never talk to anyone that the wait is too long really bad service

Rude staff and frequently doesnt have my medication. My prescriptions have started to back up and expire because it takes them 6-8 weeks to refill.
