Got a ticket on my way to visit family in Tampa for Thanksgiving because a headlight was out, so I went to this store The Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get the lightbulb. Brian the Manager told me we had to order it and it will arrive Friday. I called on Friday at around 10 am and he said that "the truck" had not arrived but he showed that the FedEx tracking was showing an 8 pm arrival. I called again after 8 pm, Brian the Mannager had already left and the gentleman who answer the phone said that the part did not arrived. I called Saturday morning, spoke with Brian and he told me that the FedEx tracking number showed that the part was on transit. I wished Brian was not on de over promise Nader deliver business. I have to drive back home today and if I get pulled over I will be showing this review to the cop. Horrible Customer Service. Run away from this store the moment they say "we have to order it for you".

This store saved the day. I was traveling from Mississippi to Ft. Myers. My alternator went out about a couple hours north of Tampa at 3 am. I made it to the truck stop at Hwy. 52. At 7:30 in the morning I called the store in Wesley Chapel in the hopes that they would be kind enough to help. Not only did they have the exact part that I needed, they brought the part to me at the truck stop. Talk about customer service!! These guys really saved by behind. I was back on the road at 8:30. Thanks to these guys, I made it to Ft. Myers in plenty of time to do the job that I went to do. That,my friend, is how you get and keep customers. Thanks again to the manager and delivery driver, you saved the day.

This is a new location so I enjoy going here. Relatively clean, well stocked with parts, and the staff is somewhat knowledgeable compared to other parts stores in he area. Had what I needed at a reasonable price.
