How did I get here ?!?!

NAPA Auto I was looking for 2001 expedition guides uppers and lowers and tensioner. I order the parts Friday came in Monday and Thay ordered the wrong parts. I was told to come in at 130 and I did. I had to wait 4 hours for my parts to come in. I waited there because my only tranportion was the bus.Went to the auto shop and Thay told me bubba you have the wrong parts and to go back and return them but thay where closing.To come back tomorrow.so I did and told them off and got my money back. Worst experience Ever!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star.

Good trip this time. Been shopping here for a few years and the counter service can be anywhere from extremely helpful to extremely bothered. More times than not they are helpful and come up with some hard to find parts. If they would just not seem bothered when you ask for something that requires the parts book to come out then I would ship there more.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was having trouble with a trailer hitch and ball for a new horse trailer. Joe not only found the correct trailer part for me, he put the ball and the hitch together for me. Great service!!!!!!
