I went to your store on Volunteer Parkway, Bristol,TN yesterday and purchased a drive belt tensioner for a friends Malibu. Tyler ( Advance employee) quickly found my part. It did not resemble old part at all and did not fit same way. Tyler spent an hour listening to me explain why it did not work. All the time attempting to tell me in a very diplomatic way that almost all Malibus used this part. Turned out part on vehicle was junkyard replacement, (thats why it failed so badly), Tyler was right all along and stuck to his knowledge, Vehicle performs beautifully with new tensioner, and Tyler now has a new lifetime customer for ADVANCE AUTO PARTS! Thank you Tyler for going the distance for a customer working outdoors in 0 weather.

I went in to purchase transmission fluid there were four employees in the store. One employee was on the phone two others were helping a customer check out and the fourth employee was a driver. With a multitude of employees available I was asked to wait until they finished checking out the only other customer in the store. I asked if the fourth and Chloe could help me but he was identified as a driver. Do not go to the store if you want customer service.

Great place , great prices , very helpful , knowledgeable employees , and they also can get a lot of parts they dont stock like truck accessories . Ive never had a bad experience and am a car dealer and do business with them weekly sometimes daily . Great Company !!
