My wife and I are delighted to have discovered this place. We took our little girl there for lunch yesterday and had a perfect experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a friendly sincere smile and the staff, although busy, made it a point to check on us and make us feel welcome. This little restaurant has the feeling of a small European café. It seems to be a popular location for health-conscious locals. That was fear is bright and cheery. We were the most impressed by the flavorful simple highlighting of quality ingredients. The food is just delicious. We were so impressed that we are going back again today. This is going to be a new regular spot for us. They had a quesadilla on special yesterday that was phenomenal. My wife had one of their delicious bowls. My daughter had the "Bambino grilled cheese" and a cup of tomato soup. Perfect!

I cant say enough about La Tabla......the coffee, the food and the vibe are all fantastic. Santiago, the owner, is the real deal and succeeds in providing high quality food and drink at a fair price. My family enjoyed freshly made juices and smoothies, delicious breakfast sandwiches and some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. La Tabla is a rarity in todays world and I highly recommend you try it.

Nice place to get a tasty meal and coffee while working/studying. Seating is comfy and there are outlets available to plug in. Low-key background music was nice. Staff was friendly (spent a few minutes with me going over there menu) and food came out quick. Prices are a little premium but you get premium/fresh ingredients and tasty combinations. Coffee was good too. All in all would come back again :)

Every time I go here, the consistency of the food varies wildly. The materials are good, the recipes are in theory good, so why cant they come together Everytime. This last visit was my third and probably the last. Although Im all about supporting small local business in Vero, especially ones with vegan options, I cannot see myself returning here in the future.

La Tabla of vero beach is a great place to have a bite to eat. Stopped in after my morning run and was happy my friend recommended it. Got a nice toast with almond butter and topped with bananas with a cappuccino. Never been before but for sure will be returning, atmosphere is a change from most of the other vero beach spots.

Healthy AND tasteful! In my opinion by far the best food and coffee in town! Go here for power breakfasts, home made Granola and Acai bowls. The freshest juices and protein shakes. All sorts of coffees. Great paninis, rich filled salads and dont forget to check out their daily specials for lunch!

While visiting my grandmother over Christmas its awesome to find an independent place like this, as Vero can be a little stuffy. I only had a latte, but the food looked delicious & the vibe was great. Hope to go back next time Im in town.
