I love Starbucks and frequently come to this location because of its drive thru service. However, today was the last time they receive any business from me. I purchased two items and gave my credit card for payment. Immediately, I received a text message from my credit card company that a transaction had posted. The server gave me back my credit card and after handing me my coffee and food, she claimed the transaction had not gone through and she needed to process it again. I understand mistakes can happen and I was perfectly fine with waiting and trying to understand what had gone wrong with the payment. BUT the first instinct of the server and two other servers that came to help with the issue was to ASSUME I did not have sufficient funds on my card and I should use another one. After 15 min of accusing me of not have enough funds of my card and making me log into my account via my phone to check my account balance and see if a transaction had posted...it was discovered that the server has INCORRECTLY only charged me $0.09 and failed to charge the remaining balance on my card. As a business owner and someone who frequently handles customers, I can say that all three of the servers that attended me poorly handled the issue and made me, the customer, feel embarrassed and wasted a lot of my time. It saddens me that these people are representing such a good quality brand such as Starbucks.

Extremely disappointed. I was trying to get two frappuccions in order to complete a goal of four in order to get 60 points to my account. I asked for them "light ice" and appearantly they understood: iced coffee. I told them I asked for light ice frappuccinos, so they made it again for me. When I asked if they charged me for frappuccinos instead of iced they said no and that either way I saved money. I told them that wasnt the point, that I needed to be charged for"frappuccinos " b/c that is the only way I would get my 60 points. He then told me that I didnt ask for frappuccinos, I said that was a lie. He then told me "so what do you want to refund everything and charge it again?" I said if that gets me my points then yes. He told that there was a line forming behind me and that if I wanted to do that I would have to park and come inside. He made everything seem like my fault when it wasnt and was terrible at costumer service. Why do I need to go out of my way to fix something when it wasnt my fault? I was also one of the people waiting in line for service and in my case I didnt get the service i was expecting. Very upset with the end result, nothing got resolved and I never got my 60 points.

I ordered the same thing I usually order at this place, my Kenya venti with a splash of heavy cream and 5 raw Sugars. They had the venti ready without the cream and without sugar and then wanted me to taste it to see if there was any sugar in it first before they added some and they didnt put heavy cream in it they just dumped half and half or something. By far the worst cup of coffee I have ever had at this place. I was at the Starbucks on Bird Road near 117th Avenue. They were not very professional at the window.

I decided to test placing an order over the app., many times in the morning I want strong coffee after the gym but Im afraid of long wait in the line. I arrived and they took several minutes to acknowledge my presence, I asked if my order was ready but they hadnt received it, they did take care of me in a minute. There was nobody in the drive thru or the line inside when I arrived, Im concerned about placing an order on a weekday when heading to work in the am but Ill give it one more try.

Honestly the best Starbucks Ive been to, theyre open earlier and later than most other locations nearby. Its pretty cold inside, if you plan on staying for a while make sure to bring a sweater. Baristas here make you feel like family. Theyve got the best Juans

Great place to study. Wifi is great theyre using Google fiber so wifi speeds are never an issue. High traffic area thought so finding a great seat is pretty difficult at times.
