Went in to purchase an iPhone... Waited 15 mins for someone to ask me what I was looking for (even though the employee saw me playing with the iPhone the entire time). When I was finally asked- I said "Id like to purchase an iPhone" he then asked what color... Only to then say he didnt have any colors (or iPhones) in stock. What kind of store doesnt have a single iPhone in stock? Save yourself the frustration and go to the corporate store on 19 & Ridge instead.

I cant say enough great things about this store. Greg and Caitlin were amazing. I came in to get a new phone and they were so nice and knowledgeable. I had to bring my kids and of course they asked a million questions but neither of them skipped a beat and talked to them and answered every question. Will definitely be back for any of my phone needs.

They charge $5 for bill payments by cash. Since visa doesnt let them charge for card holders they take it out on the cash payer. Cash has no fees attached to it as a merchant and they are getting traffic in the store so im not sure why they are doing this. Obviously not a corporate store.

Today I had terrible experience here. The manager literally shouted at me asking to leave his store. The reason, after he refused to sell me prepaid SIM card due to some "instructions" from AT&T, I asked him about specifics, what exactly is the problem with my request.

I have visited this store twice with the intention to buy a phone and had horrible experiences both times. I ended up going someplace else to buy the phone both times and will never return.
