RACIST SERVICE. If you are a tourist from Latin America feeling the SPIRIT I warn you not to go nor invest your well deserve money with this people at this location, they will most likely profile you after grabbing your passport( the only i.d tourist have while visiting since visa is issue inside) take upon the roll of immigration officer and deny you service even if you are in your Legal, Moral and Human Right to buy stupid alcohol, this is disgusting and humiliating and it also happend to my sister while at this store. The manager after giving her a full life scan, gave her passport back ( keep in mind she is legal with a turist visa and above the age)and deny her the service. What a bittersweet taste of racist profiling she took back to our homeland after working hard to visit this awesome country with such nasty people...(i am sad) I thank you for taking the time on reading this and please stay human it means that we need intelligence and love more than ever.

Horrible place in my opinion. They allowed a customers to come in and use my credit card without my authorization ( they stole it), the thief charged $294.00 of alcohol on my credit card this business did not ask for ID and just allowed the charge. Thanks to the bank I received my money back and the bank was to do an investigation. I called this place and asked to see the security camera and I explained what happened. It happened about 30 minutes before I called, I caught it quick ( always check my account). They wouldnt even look at the cameras themself! I call their corperate & left messages, still nothing....Be careful with this company!

I spend lots of $$ at various Total Wine stores, but wont be going back to this one... $8 coupon advertised on the bottle didnt ring up. Realized after I left. Came right back: Coupon was expired (yet, still advertised on their bottle). The only suggestion was to "buy a cheaper bottle because they all taste the same"... Really?? Thats disconcerting coming from an industry thats built brand empires because they DONT all taste the same... Its only $8, but they just lost a very loyal customer based on principle. There are lots of great Total Wines, but this is not one of them.

Hit-or-miss ... First, the selection is awesome! Prices are decent. The stock staff is usually helpful but regularly engages in "back room" discussions in the aisles right next to customers who should not be listening to their griping and gossips. The cashiers are very hit-or-miss... Lately, they have been very sad-looking which translated into a less-than-stellar customer experience. Morale problem, perhaps? One of the managers is also a complete dont-give-a-hoot lame brain. Bottom line, you may have to manage your expectations...

The associate on the floor was 5 stars but the overall experience was ZERO stars. They had to call a manager for my I.D. because im 22 and (which they have never done and ive been there tons of times)!! Then the manager starred at my I.D. for literally 10 minutes wondering if it was really me??? Seriously!!!! I will never be back here. That is such disrepect. People do gain a little weight and change looks since they were 16 years old when they first got their lisence !!!!

As a Realtor with Lombardo Real Estate, I often look for fine wines and other drinks for closing gifts, Open House refreshments, and other events. One thing I love about Total Wine is that they carry a product by Soleil which is basically Mimosas in a bottle - very convenient! Open House guests love it. I stopped in here just the other day for a bottle and was quickly directed to the right aisle by an employee. Quick in and out in 10 minutes or less.

My previous experience with them were excellent. I just left the store. The associate on the floor was extremely helpful with finding what I was looking for however the cashier was ignoring my questions and statement and was simply aggravated with me being 21 years of age as it is store policy to retrieve a manager when b/w 21 and 22. The manager was pretty insulting as well with his mannerisms. This store is great for a specific wine. Thats it

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I am a 35 year old man who certainly does not look under age, yet was refused to be sold wine due to my ID being over 8 years old having its plastic stripped away. I have been a loyal customer to this location for over 4 years but I can say that I will NEVER again visit a total wine anywhere because of the absurdity that I experienced courtesy of the S. Dale Mabry Total Wines "manager".

If I was just drinking a 6-pack a week, itd take me a decade to get through their beer selection. Im fortunate to have friends in the industry that tell me what to get and this store has the best selection, unless its straight from the brewer, in the area. Wine is the same. I feel fancy with a $12 bottle of Spanish or Chilean red. Thats all I ask for and thats what I get. Staff is also super nice, they rock.

Experience today was the worst, placed an order for beer yesterday and was told will be given 10% discount on 4 cases. Today when i came to pick it up was told we dont offer discounts on beer. Why the hell did u guys offer 10% on phone and after haggling u guys gave me 5%. Thats not fair, manager must stand to words soken by their employees. U guys r horrible

Largest selection Ive seen but overpriced by a lot and many subpar brands disguising themselves under fancy looking bottles and labels. Its easy to get lost in the selection and pay twice or three times for a lousy bottle. Recommend going to ABC Fine Wine and Spirits instead--their prices will blow this place out of the water--no contest!

Rude cashier ruined an otherwise great experience. With one exception, everyone is helpful and nice. Then all of that goodwill was lost at checkout. Customer service positions arent for everyone. I think this lady would be happier working in the backroom or a warehouse where she could yell at boxes all day.

I love and hate shopping for beer at Total Wine due to the dauntingly enormous selection causing me to typically spend more time than Id planned just browsing. Thankfully the prices are better than other stores, so it doesnt hurt too bad when I come across something too enticing to pass.

Can find good deals on most items. Store always seems to be a bit dirty compared to some other total wine location. Cigars are over priced and stale. But that is because they are not a cigar store. Buy your booz but not cigars. Go to Edwards for a nice selection of cigars

Best wine and beer selection in Tampa, offering high end and everyday options in a huge product line. Staff is sometimes hard to find if you are trying to locate a specific item or navigate the store, but are friendly and helpful once you find them.

It has a lot of chooses the only problem is that some of the associates are rude. There is a cashier I had twice in two different trips that was unfriendly and very dry when she spoke. But if can get over that it is a good place to shop.

I love being given time to browse and research so this was a good visit for me. Got a taste of a brew new to me also, so...fun! Anyway, I found everything I was looking for and saved a couple of bucks with one of their coupons too. Win.
