I really like the store but find customer service by most employees is not very good. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, but employees working on the store floor seems to avoid eye contact and never ask if you need help. I asked an employee in the produced section about watermelons and he seemed so agitated that I stopped him from stocking to answer my question. He didnt seem to know a thing about the section he worked in. How can you work and produce and not know anything about a certain type of fruit that is being sold? Over all they have great sales and a good selection of stuff, just hope they put more into training employees to be a bit more friendly and helpful!

I am more than happy to have a Sprouts in Tampa! Their prices are cheaper than Trader Joes and Whole Foods on a lot of products. I also have found a wider selection of products I have never found before! Produce is usually very cheap. I tend to avoid the busy hours (good luck with parking or even navigating the store... its cramped!) and thankfully they are opened until 10 PM. The downside is a lot of their employees are unfriendly or slow. I know its a new store so Im sure people are still getting adjusted or maybe they need some training. I did have one person offer me a sample of opal apples though - that sure was yummy!

Like the prices and the fact this is new. But the aisles are too small then you got people bumping into each other its hard to look. They get very busy so have to watch what time to come due to large crowds. The strawberries and other fruit noticed some of it isnt locally grown in FL which is odd because anywhere else this season you find it locally grown. Most of the workers are helpful with anything you need but the checkout employees arent as friendly and need more training. Hope they improve more in this place with friendless and locally grown produce.

Because it just opened I wasnt able to look around like I wanted to. Too many people crowding the aisles. What I was able to see was cheaper prices for the products that I normally get at the other natural stores. I even spotted a few items that Ive never seen at the other stores. I never got to look at the produce so I cant comment on that. The line checking out moved fast. Im sure as the newness of the store settles down Ill be able to give a better review. Other than that I really liked what I saw.

Selection of produce was decent, but the grapes I purchased were moldy and the oranges dry. I also have to read and analyze labels just as much here as I would have to say at Publix. I was excited by the huge selection of bulk items, but many have nasty chemicals, artificial flavors, and colors which I dont feed my family, such as red 40. Yuck! This isnt a health food store, just a regular old grocery store with a slightly larger selection of sub par produce.

Nothing new. Great produce and other foods. If judged on this alone, it would be a five. The location parking is inadequate to make this a fun place to shop, avoid except in early morning hours. Does have some shade in the parking lot. Narrow aisle are a problem when employees are trying to maneuver around you to stock the shelves rather than customer service like the PBLX gives. Has mobility scooters. Nice eating area. Ok to go at slack times.

Meh, its okay. Because of the hype, my expectations were high, and Sprouts did not deliver. Customer service is lacking, most employees not cheery or helpful. (My cashier was awesome though.). Alot of unhealthy food for a "health food store.". Good produce section though, I will return for inexpensive produce. Try to go when you think it might be less busy, apparently Sprouts has impressed a lot of other people...just NOT me!

Great to have another quality produce option in the area. Sprouts has lots of variety, good prices, and nice layout. I especially like their meat variety, package food area, lots of breads, and of course the produce. My only beef is that i dont like their deli meat brand. Its the same one Kash N Karry used to have years ago and its just not as good as Boars Head. Hope they switch to BH soon.

We are Celiac Sprue sufferers. Finding gluten free is EASY at Sprouts. More importantly, finding gluten free things that are priced reasonably is EASY at Sprouts. Their spaghetti / Italian sauces are ALL gluten free & price is Far lower than other gluten free sauces. Taste GREAT too! Produce is great, fresh, WIDE variety, & seafood is wonderful too. People are helpful & friendly.

I know this place is new..but dear Lord dont go on the weekends. Aisles are small. Way to crowded. Check out lines were like Disney world. They need to mark express line better. Only 1 employee on the floor was nice. They do have an app and coupons use if you can. Similar items at target &Costco. Will be awhile before I return if ever.

This store has a very nice selection of fresh produce as well as organic and non-GMO foods. They have prepared foods that you can take home and just heat up. They also have fresh made sushi which I have not tried, but it looks amazing. They also have a large section of bulk foods that you pay for by weight.

Interesting store, have great bulk seed and nut options not found at Publix or Trader Joes. Store was clean and easy to navigate, on the small side of course. I could see myself returning for odds and ends but I dont think it will replace my normal stops. Worth a visit though! Seafood looks extremely fresh!

Nicely decorated store gives the appearance of "farm fresh" products, but look closely and you will find the majority of products are not organic, especially produce and bulk and not local. similar to Publix. Prices are bette than Whole Foods but higher than some local health food stores.

A decent store. It was way too crowded when I went to have an enjoyable experience. I need to go back again a re-review. That being said, I enjoyed the selection of product, but not sure what Sprouts offers that say Fresh Market, Publix, or Whole Foods do not. Maybe I need to visit again.

While I like the idea of these grocery stores, a lot of the produce was rotten already. It had only been open for three days. I dont want to have to really work hard to find onions and strawberries that arent moldy. Theres enough other grocery stores around where I dont have to do that.

My husband and I just went today and although it was still busy, check out was fast! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, my husband was like a little kid in a candy store when he saw all the candy and supplements! We will be coming back, this is going to be our main shopping store!
