I placed an online order last night at 8:25pm for a 9pm pick up. I arrived to the deli 9:05pm and nothing was in the online pick up area. The young lady cutting meat for another customer did greet me and asked another co worker to help me. And he yelled Im to busy as he was labeling the pre made sandwiches. I tell him I just have an online order that should already be ready. He just looked and told the the young lady to get someone else. I wasnt able to get his name but intend to call the store in the morning. He was really rude. Dave came from the back to help me but my order was never made. So I ended up being in the store for an additional 45mins and left with half my order sue to the fact I didnt want to wait any longer. Very poor service in the deli department Monday night. On a positive side the young lady in the bakery was very nice and informative even came from around the counter to help me find ciabata bread. As the reason for the 3 stars.

If youre a health concious person or a vegan I suggest going to another Publix... they dont have much of a selection at all. Its a smaller Publix than usual so its to be expected. Some employees are peachy while others can be very rude: I had one young employee stare at me for a long time while standing in front of me in line (she was working) then asked me a rude personal question... Wow. Overall I avoid this Publix if I can because its not worth it to me!

Dont like this Publix considering they run out of products and they are always out of them which makes it inconvenient. The employees arent as helpful and not easily to be found in the store. This store is older and they remodel some parts of the store but still doesnt make a difference considering the lack of products they carry. Better options of publix stores in the area that have a better lack of products and customer service.

I truly enjoy shopping at Publix. However, after I just finished shopping there, and I was coming behind the building driving about 7 miles an hour, an employee behind their decided he needed to yell at me to tell me to slow down. Im kind of wondering, how much slower can I go ? I thought it was very rude of him. Have been going faster than that I could have understood the rudeness. Otherwise, truly no need for it.

This publix has the worst produce section in the area. It is like bargain bin diving to find fruit that isnt bruised and/or moldy and the veggie section often look like theyve been ravaged. The store closes at 10 but meats and the deli shut down at 9- good luck getting chicken tenders past 8:30. But I am the dumb one who keeps coming back expecting them to have gotten it together.

I really dislike this publix. I try and avoid it if at all possible. The staff is ok, management seems to be getting worse. They dont carry products or run out quickly and all the say is no sorry dont know when. Cold chicken packs are scarce and when you call ahead they dont seem to know their own products. Get it together!

Service is always great! Ive recently purchased organic red delicious apples @$1.99/lb. This price beats the other pricy organic stores. Theres frozen whole duck w/orange sauce. It really is a pleasure to shop there! Nov. 6, 2016.

Unlike most Publix locations, this one doesnt dominate its strip mall (the nearby Walmart does), and the exterior looks more like a prison than a supermarket. But inside, its fine.
