Every time i go in this office, i feel extremely stalked and often offended. The manager profiles and follows you. Never greeted with a welcoming smile. My salon partner and i were in the store doing inventory facts and #s for our shop and was asked 3 times if we had a membership and told her yes. Then upon stalking us for about 10 mins, she comes and ask us to take our cards out to prove to her. We were not doing anything suspicious, we stated to her why we were there, and it was not the first time being in the store. The last time i went by myself, I was in the store about 10 mins, there was no one at the desk, then i waited about 5 minutes at the register and still no one. Mind you there were other people in the store, and no one greeted or helped. Then the associate came with no smile, apology for the wait, she rang up my items, no eye contact, and then handed me my reciept and said have a good day. If i didnt have to rush out, i was going to tell her just how bad the customer service is. I had to go to salon centric, after and immediately told them how much i appreciate how i am treated there, every time, from the first time i used them, to now a known client. I DREAD having to go to Cosmoprof so i try to keep the product lines minimum i have to get from there. EVEN Salon Centric told me they get complaints from them all the time!!!!

Where do I start? We cant say enough good things about this store and its Manager & staff. They are always very friendly and accommodating! Sometimes if they are out of a really popular item, they will call others stores for us to check on their inventory, even without us asking. Sometimes, the Store Manager Debbie, is traveling to other locations, and if possible, she will bring me back what I am in need of! Now thats going Above and Beyond! We are always treated respectfully and honorably! We believe that what one throws out in the Universe, comes back from the Universe! We Heart this store and their entire Team! Thank You for the Amazing Customer Service and kindness!

Sign says they open at 8:30am is 8:45am and Im waiting outside. Doesnt seem like much but when you need a last minute color, because guest decided to txt late at night with a color change idea, for an appointment that is supposed to start at 8:45 is a lot. Other than that I like the store. Getting a 2 start for my experience today.

The manager at the south dale mabry location is very rude. She just seems like she doesnt want to be bothered to help you. Not very happy with that store and the fact that they have to call the corporate number to get your member number. Ill just go to saloncentric across the street.
