Came to Tampa on vacations and decided to get two tattoos. After reading the reviews I decided this would be the best place to go to... of course I went in hoping to get a tattoo by the artists that were mostly mentioned on the reviews. However I was greeted by Sky the very pleasant girl at the front and Elvis one of the artists that I had not read a review about. Although I was a little afraid of getting a tattoo by him because I didnt read much on him, I knew I was still in good hands being that he worked at this shop and well he is definitely a peoples person. Treated me with such professionalism, kindness, patience and understanding. Long story short hes a very talented artist and exceeded my expectations! Not to mention that to take my mind off the pain I wouldnt stop talking to him and he kindly spoke to me throughout the two sessions!! It was definitely fun to get tattooed by him! I am in love with both my tattoos and if I have to travel back to Tampa to get a tattoo I will because I will never go to any other place. All the staff at Angel Tattoo is DOPE!!!

We were visiting family in Tampa and walked in on Saturday looking to get a couple ring tattoos. Carlos was patient in explaining to us how ring tattoos wear over time and suggested another spot on my the body. I told him what we wanted and let him run with it. He was able to fit my wife in Saturday night and was extremely meticulous and careful with everything he did, opening every package in front of her. He even wore a face mask! Hands down the cleanest shop Ive been to. He worked about an hour past closing to finish up the tattoo, but still never rushed and payed attention to every detail. He scheduled me for the Tuesday following and did the same sanitary process. He stenciled the knot but free-handed the rest of the rope. He made sure every detail was perfect before putting needle to skin. Affordable pricing for the amazing work he cranked out! We cant thank Carlos enough and the next time were in Tampa were swinging by for another! Highly recommend Angel Ink and Carlos!

My daughter had a tattoo done by Jim Harris at this shop about 8 years ago. When I saw it was owned by new people, I was hesitant. I had my own design that I had made and in order to accomplish the definition I wanted, Stephine told me she would have to enlarge it. I was looking for something small, three hearts attached to each other representing my three children so they would always be close to my heart. Everything was so clean and when actually doing the work, Stephine was masked, gloved, aproned and very professional. If I ever come up with another idea for a tattoo, I will travel back to Tampa to get it done. Whats 1300 miles when you know the quality and friendliness of the staff and have confidence in what they can do! I am so pleased with the end result.

Ive come here for my first tattoo and for three more after that, making it a total of four tattoos Ive gotten done here. Laetitia (I hope I spelled that right) has been the one to ink all of my tattoos. Ive brought her two simple designs and two much more complicated designs. She did a fantastic job! All four tattoos came out flawlessly with the exception of a tiny one I got on my wrist. Some of the lines look a little off. The tattoo as a whole is not centered either. However, with that being said I still plan on coming back here as soon as I have the money again to get more tattoos! The atmosphere is lovely and the place is never too crazy crowded. If you want a quality tattoo done at a reasonable price, I would definitely consider coming to Angel Tattoo.

Very professional, hard working, kind, and generous people! I spent a long time looking up tattoo spots in Tampa and found Angel Tattoo! Such great reviews and awesome pics of the artists work on their website and Facebook Page. I was only going to be in town for a week so I could not come in and talk to the artists. I chose Laetitia for my tattoo and she answered all of my questions and concerns through email and helped me adjust what I wanted done and followed to spend 8 1/2 hours completing my tattoo. She took into account that I expressed a lot of detail in the tattoo and she took her time which I greatly appreciated. I love my new tattoo and I love Angel Tattoo Tampa!

I went here in January to get my first Florida tattoo and they didnt disappoint. The staff was very professional and educated on the types of tattoos the customers wanted. They actually took the time to explain the dos and donts for tattoos. I felt like I was in a very sanitary work environment ( which is one of the most important factors in my choosing of a tattoo place) and they paid very close attention to detail. The staff was very professional, especially Laetitia, who was my artist for that day. I look forward to going back and getting another tattoo very soon.

I absolutely loved the promptness and friendly personality greeted by the shop. I gave Ryan my background and experience. I Facebook an idea of what I wanted and where. I had a selection of 6 types of font/lettering. The one I chose was what the shop liked too. My tattoo is bubbly and powerful just like myself. The crew knew exactly what I wanted and took very great care of me. Extremely professional, talented Carlos made my life experience transform into a piece of forever and symbolic artwork. I went here today for a piercing and the staff was very pleasant and most of all knowledgeable! The man who did my piercing explained the dos and donts to ensure that my piercing heals completely. Also, everything was SUPER clean. All instruments used on me were sealed and brand new. I could tell that he was very detail-oriented. I would definitely return for any other piercing or tattoo I may want in the future.

Had a portrait done. Lots of shading and took a long time. Were very patient with the odd break when needed . Couldnt have been happier with my portrait, the detail and shading were perfec. Also, we went to Tampa from England and they communicated so well with us and welcomed us. We cant wait to come back again, and only wish they had a shop in England!! 10/10

Yeah that deserve every start there is. These people are nice down to earth and very warming if you arent quite sure what you want and are nervous. Carlos did really good on my first tattoo was patient with me having to take breaks for shading on my chest piece. Takes his time and makes your idea come to life. Recommend anyone to go. This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere is awesome, I love the decor! The artists are incredibly talented and so friendly!! They know how to design exactly what you want and are so great at their jobs!! I absolutely love this place and all the staff!!!!! Will definitely be back for more tats!!
