I now have two tattoos by Fish, and will be getting many, many more. I first went to Las Vegas tattoo at the request of a friend. I have gotten other tattoos from different shops and have not always been happy with the results. The tattoos were good but the service at the other shops sucked. At Vegas it was great from the moment I walked in. At most shops you almost have to beg someone to just talk to you. But at Vegas I was made to feel very welcome right away. Bella was the first to greet me and was wonderful, funny and inviting. You can tell she really enjoys her job and has respect for the shop and those that come in. My first tattoo by fish was on the back of my neck and took me right to the eadge of my pain limit, But everyone in the shop made a point to come by his station and give me encouragement, they made me laugh and it really helped. Most other places I have been to you dont talk a whole lot with the person doing your work, much less to everyone working in the shop. My second one by Fish is a Dali portrait, and is a true work of art. Just amazing. Nothing more can be said about that. Go to his page and hopefully its on there. These people are true artist. Come by and talk with them and even if you dont get something done you will at least get to see some of the best in the bussiness.

My husband and I were in Tampa for vacation, we decided we wanted a tattoo and while in Ybor took advantage of the strip of tattoo shops! After walking into several shops looking at their portfolios and just walking out, I was pretty annoyed with my husband, until we walked into Las Vegas Tattoo and looked at their portfolios I was beyond AMAZED! And thankful for my husbands extreme pickiness. I liked the artist "Fish" the best but was told it was his birthday so he probably wasnt available but they called him and he came in anyways AND stayed until 1am doing my tattoo! He done a portrait of my husband on my back, which is by far my favorite and BEST tattoo (I have 11 total). He spent hours trying to get my camera to hook into his computer because I did not have a picture to hand him. He was very friendly, professional, and down right awesome! My husbands tattoo was done by Blake Kennedy, biomechanical up the back of his head. blake freehanded the whole tattoo which is amazing! The owner Doc is wonderful, he is a very friendly, big hearted guy! I LOVE THIS PLACE! <3 Everyone was friendly and funny! Prices were great and the work is absolutely the best! I will continue to go back every year on vacation! Las Vegas Tattoos is a must go to for any tattoo lover! :)

On Dec 15th of 2011, I walked into Las Vegas Tattoo Co and nervously asked for Belle. I was thinking of getting a piercing and well, being a "prude" lol, I was extremely nervous. Belle literally took all the nervousness away. Within an hour, I was walking out the door with a piercing my husband will be blown away with. (No pun intended) Not only will I be going back for a switch out, but am also planning on getting some ink and maybe even another piercing or two. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality product and to feel like part of a small family. Great for people who have many tats and piercing but even better for those first timers who arent really sure what to do or what to choose. Go to Las Vegas Tattoo Co. I guarantee that you will have a unforgettable experience. Thank you Belle. You were amazing and friendly and you made me feel as if I were special. You guys rock. As much as I dont like living in Tampa, I would stay just for you guys. =D

I highly recommend Matt Lang for any tattoo work you plan to have done. Matt is incredibly professional, thorough, and cares about every piece he completes. It was such a pleasure working with him. Although my piece was relatively small, Matt understood that I was new to the experience, so he took me through a thorough consultation, presented new ideas for my tattoo design and I am forever grateful to him for that. The artwork I ended up with is very different than my original idea, and I am absolutely in love with it. The shop itself is clean, the staff is professional and helpful, and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. I noticed I need a slight touch-up now that the tattoo is healing, so I called the shop and they were so accommodating, saying I could pop in anytime at my convenience, once the tattoo is completely healed. Thank you all for all that you do!

I spent the time looking for a good tattoo artist and stopped at a couple places in Ybor. When i walked into Las Vegas they were friendly and very informative. I looked at the portfolios and wanted a price quote on a tattoo. They not only took the time to ask me questions about it but also took the time to check out where I wanted the tattoo to give me a fair pricing. My artist was Fish, whom I find completely amazing; this was my first tattoo and it was a full side rib cage tattoo of a cartoon I had drawn and he turned it into a realistic miracle. I wont lie it hurt, but Fish is very talented and Im sure it would have hurt a lot worse having it done somewhere else. I plan on getting all of my tattoos done here even if I have to fly in for a visit. I was really impressed by the work done and recommend others to this shop.

From the time i made my first appointment 3 years ago, till today, I STILL have not found a Shop that can compare to Las Vegas Tattoo. My artist FISH is hands down the nicest and most talented tattoo artist i have ever sat with. Ive spent at LEAST 20 Hours under his needle, and i wouldnt go ANYWHERE else!! The HOSPITALITY is second to none!! I havent had any work done in about 6 months. BUT...if i walked in today, nothing misses a beat, Belle give a hug... Doc pokes my freshly done tattoo... and MY MAN FISH... Well, he always ready to create a masterpiece!! BEST SHOP IN TAMPA!! HANDS DOWN!!! BEST SHOP IN FLORIDA..... From what Ive seen in my travels.... Doc Dogs Las Vegas Tattoo, has changed the way i look at tattoo parlors, and they have set the bar for the rest of the shops out there......if there was competition!!!

Great artist, friendly atmosphere. I went here after doing tons of research and i can say i wasnt disappointed. My artist (Fish) drew up a design that was far beyond expectations and it came out even better than the drawing when he tattooed it on me. Throughout the tattooing process the other people that worked there joked around with me and were very friendly. It made the whole process a lot easier and made me very comfortable despite getting such a large tattoo. I have since set all my family and friends to their shop and everyone loves them. Its an awesome feeling having everyone in public stopping me in amazement of my tattoo and how realistic it looks. I will continue to send everyone I know they as they are the best in Tampa and Ill be back soon to get my next tattoo!
