My wife and I went there with our 2 kids, chose 6 pairs of shoes, for kids and 4 pairs for ourselves in less than 10 minutes, with obviously 4-5 pairs still lying on the floor, when an angry lady walks up to my wife and asks if she needed any help. My wife responded that were done already and ready to check out, so the staff lady shrugging her shoulders and nodding her head with anger said, of course, look at the mess youve made, with another staff member following and repeating her actions as to why we had tried those shoes on.. My wife, obviously shocked at their behavior asked if this was the way they behaved with their customers and their response again was rolling their eyes and saying oh look at what you guys have done.. what a mess! We complained to the so-called manager of the store, who wasnt able to respond that their staffs duty was customer service and not humiliating a physician couple, with 2 very well behaved kids.. NEVER GOING TO THIS 3RD CLASS STORE AGAIN, WHORE READY TO THROW YOU OUT EVEN IF YOURE BUYING HALF THEIR STORE! Racists they are... beware!! I hope the owners read these reviews and get this staff changed, whore actively working hard on losing their regular customers!! P.S: hope tomorrow, God forbid, if you might need us as your physicians, we will not say what a mess YOU are.. as itll be our duty to treat you! Learn what customers are prior to choosing what you do in life!

Cashier very very very very slow only 5 people took 45 minutes plus lying on tax season they charge taxes on my and my friend purchase when were realize the cashier charge us taxes were call back at the Store and theyre saying was imposible horrible customer services over the phone and in Store do not recommended anyone this store.

I liked the place, since they have a lot of good quality shoes. They have brands like Adidas and Nike, but they sell from dress shoes to athletic ones. They also have good deals once in a while, and they sometimes order shoes and deliver to your house with free shipping! They could use some more staff, though.
