The manager on duty was very rude to me. I asked if I could you use a coupon that I found online and instead of simply saying "no", or just apologizing for the inconvenience he said, "anything on retailmenot, Groupon, or any other website cant be used in our stores. You could stand their for 10 or 15 minutes, it doesnt matter because it wont work." (I dont mind paying the full price if needed to, but I am a college student and would like to save as much as I can). Also, I wasnt upset with the coupon not being usable in the store... things happen and it is what it is. Moreover, I guess the manager read my face after making that comment and knew that I wasnt pleased. Then, he smiled to make his response seem less harsh. I was embarrassed and felt as if he belittled me. Anywho, the young man helping me pick my shoes was nice and patient. I worked in customer service for years and I believe that I am experienced enough to know that his statement wasnt meant to be nice. Sometimes it is not about what you say, but how you say it.

They dont sell Punk Rose sneakers, but what they do have is great, and the customer service is amazing. Also, one of the workers there is amazingly hot.
