I got a nike shoes and the sole was extremely dirty, unfortunately that was the only one that they had, so I asked kindly to Jessica the cashier if they can clean it. She had a very bad actitud and she "tried" to clean it by spraying a chemical but she didnt use the brush it. I ask her again to do it right and the assistent manager Amie in a very rude way told me that they cant clean it and that she cant hold me no more longer cuz they had more customers. They end up giving me 5 % off wich it was like $3.50 less. My wifey and I felt offended for the way that she treated us; rude and with a bad actitud. I never see an assistant manager being so rude. When I got to the car I realize that Amie had charged me more than the price market, so I when back and she not even said Im sorry or nothing. Im very disappointed of the customer service of that store. I dont recommend it not even to my worst enemy.
