My wife and I were in St. Augustine for our Anniversary and just stopped in to the Gifted Cork to look around. We are definitely not wine connoisseurs. As a matter of fact we have very limited knowledge overall when it comes to wine, but we very much enjoy a nice glass once in a while. Working in the retail industry myself, this store completely blew me away from the moment I walked in. I chose to partake in a great wine tasting the Gifted Cork provides to the guests. The tasting was hosted by Dan who was a great advisor and also very knowledgable about wine and the stores inventory. Dan provided us with a very personalized customer service experience and also made it fun and exciting. The store itself provides a very nice overall sensory experience, very comfortable and relaxing. If you are in St. Augustine, I highly recommend stopping by the Gifted Cork, if you can tell we really enjoyed it. Thanks Dan!

So disappointed. Was looking forward to a wine tasting of French wines on 5/8 at around 1 p.m. The young lady working there remained on her cell phone while telling me about the cost and number of tastes of a wine tasting. Even said "Excuse me, Im being very rude." but continued to use her phone for several minutes longer. When asked about the wines the only information was that the whites were all aged in stainless steel casks so she didnt like them. NO additional info about any of the other wines. Ive been to multiple wine tasting in California, France and Germany and have always come away with large purchases. I intended to do so today as well to restock my wine cabinet. However I was so put off by the employees behavior that I left without buying anything other than the tasting.

One of our first stops as a married couple. We did the wine tasting of what I think 4 or 5 wines, and we got to keep our glasses!! The staff is so sweet and nice. We actually visited twice on our mini-moon this weekend. We came home with some good wine and souvenirs. you have to also pick up Joleens Jar of picked veggies that are Bloody Mary toppers. So delicious!! We wanted to go back today before going home but we partied too hard the night before and just needed to get home lol. We will be back though because its close to home! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome.

This is the best wine store in St. Augustine! I found this adorable shop 5 years ago when I was visiting as a tourist. Now that I am a resident I frequent this shop for my choice of wine. The prices for their wines and gifts are very affordable. The staff makes me feel at home. When I had attended a wine tasting the staff were very patient with me to find the right wine for me. Im very picky, I lived in Germany and love the German wines. They carry wine from all around the world and have my German wines to choose from. Its a great place to buy wine or unique gifts.

I recently attended a wine tasting at The Gifted Cork on Hypolita Street. Our Queens Harbour Yacht Club group had a wonderful time. The wine was yummy and we all bought unusual gifts and wine to take back with us. Jeanne was a wonderful hostess. Her shop has all kinds of cool wine bags which I buy every time Im in St. Augustine. Came as part of food tour. We did a wine tasting, paired with 3 cheeses. Very informative and knowledgeable about the wines. Cheeses were delicious. We enjoyed so much, that we returned after the tour had completed to purchase 2 of the cheeses and a bottle of wine to enjoy at our B & B during our stay in St. Augustine. Would recommend to others and would return.

Every time Im in St. Augustine I stop by the Gifted Cork. I do the wine tasting and always purchase one or two bottles of wine that I cant really find anywhere else. I always spend a bunch of time in there talking with the owner or one of their great employees. If you love good wine and want to try a bunch of different wines, go here and check it out.

5 Star all the way. When you walk in, you will not believe how many different version of wine they carry. We were great on our arrival they they were ready to help out with what ever we wanted. I was looking for a hard to get wine and they had it. I left with two bottles that I had been looking for, for a while.

When strolling around town, be sure to stop in and shop & do a wine tasting. Each month they have a different themed. Very knowledgeable, fun & friendly. She even went out of here way to email me a day trip of vineyards to visit in while I was in Oregon. Cant wait to go back.

This is not your typical tourist stop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, the prices are more than fair and the service is outstanding. Their wine selection is unique and not found in the typical wine chain store. I visit everything I am in St. Augustine.

This place is wonderful. Ive been in this place two years in a row. We had Samantha as a wine pourer this year and she was fantastic. I loved her descriptions and knowledge of wines on pour. Everyone else seemed unaffected by Samanthas knowledge

Jeanne was amazing. She had just locked up but opened just for us. Could not have been more gracious. The selection was very good and the prices were reasonable. She even gave us napkins and forks knowing we were staying in a hotel.

Decent Spanish red selection for the size, not so great cheese selection. I tried an extremely bland Manchego, and saw a few Costco cheeses sprinkled in also... The front desk girl was nice.
