Been going to Starbucks all over the US for over 15 years now and Im familiar and impressed with the way they interact with customers. Out of the 5 or 6 regular employees I deal with at this location, only 2 of them represent that Starbucks customer service. The others seem like they are inconvenienced that they have to bring my coffee to the window. They are usually having some sort of conversation with another employee and seem annoyed that they have to talk to the customer. I usually feel like Im intruding on their personal conversation simply by showing up to order coffee. If this location wasnt so convenient to my route, Id go somewhere else. Have had multiple loose lids and spills at this location also, another indicator that they are not focused on doing the job the right way. There are 3-4 other Starbucks within a few miles that do customer service right, Im not sure why this location seems to fail at it.

It was the worst experience! From the very start, I walked in and said I was having issues ordering the bogo iced espresso and a fizzed and/or sparkling matcha lemonade on the app. I was told they could do it gor me in the store...well they did not. They charged me for both iced espresso and when I asked for the receipt I noticed it and I brought it to their attention and this was seconds after the conversation. Then, to top it off, they got my order wrong. When I walked into the shop I was the only one there. They served all the people who came in after me and the drive thru and offered no compensation for all of their errors. No Customer service at all.

When this location first opened I ranked it as 5 stars. But the last 2 months I havent gotten a single order correctly made. Whether they add something that a drink doesnt come with or something you specifically asked not to be included or they forget to include something the drink comes with or you paid extra the drinks are ALWAYS wrong. Not to mention the staff is not as friendly as when they first opened and will argue with you about your order. This may be a convenient location but Im officially passing it to go to other locations from now on

I frequent Starbucks for their reliable quality, speed, and service. The girls here were none of those. Went through the drive through and got the someone elses drinks, then when we actually got ours they were made incorrectly. They had no interest in correcting it, just insisted that I had to be wrong. If I pay for extra shots, at least give them to me. Plus, arguing in front of the customers probably isnt good either.

I stopped at this location for the first time tonight after a rotten day and I have to say Alex in the drive thru was so nice he turned my whole day around. My chai frappuccino was fabulous only problem was I should have gotten a larger one. I went to another location several times in the past on Starkey Rd where the people are just horrible. I will return to the Seminole Blvd location from now one.

Every time I go here there is something wrong with my drink! It never taste the same as the day before, it doesnt even taste like a caramel frappucino. Even better when they are out of the mix for my frapp, they dont even let you know. They just make some concoction and the taste is horrible. After several Months of this I will not be going back to this location.

It took me 15 minutes to get my drinks in the drive thru this morning. I feel like that is very long. I have to plan an extra 20 minutes in the morning before going here?!?! It is sad because I love Starbucks and it is the only one on my way to work but it is hard to allow so much extra time for something that should take 5 minutes.

Never had this issue... when i tried a suggested drink from the menu board and brought it back more then half full. They happily gave me another but then refused to collect the one i was trying to give back saying they dont accept trash through the drive thru. She was pretty rude about it.

They do their coffee right, but dont bother going in there to get anything done on their Wifi. Its 2016, theyre partnered with Google, yet connecting to the internet is an impossible task. Come on now. Writing this review from Panera after having left there.

Weve received the wrong order here 3 times in a row... I understand theyre very busy but when you wait in line for 10mins & pay $4 for a coffee, you want the right one. We live a couple blocks away & go to the Starbucks on bay pines Blvd now.

Terrible parking layout. If you park in front of Starbucks you get stuck behind all the drive through traffic and have to wait a while to get in or out.

Biggest plus is they now have a drive thru. Minus= Smaller tables and less power outlets for plugging into. Itd still a Starbuks.
