Yes they talk to customers and each other, they are friendly people. Just approach an employee and ask, they are always helpful. There specialty is hardware not mind reading. When I know which aisle to go to, they leave me be. They are not always as cheap as a box store on everything, but if you add the 10 - 12 miles to the next closest place, it is a good deal. On some things, they are actually cheaper. When it comes to screws, bolts, specialty brass plumbing fittings, they have more selections than box stores. Best price in town on propane.

I quit going. Every time I go, I feel like Im interrupting the conversation up front. Its weird, they seem to always have a group of people sitting around and talking in at the entrance, employees included. The prices are pretty high too, but I guess thats expected with no competition nearby.

Clerk charged the regular price for the Sunniland Weed and Feed. When I presented my rewards card she said i should have shown it to her earlier. She also stated they do not honor ads., even though it was their newspaper ad. Would not shop there again.

Customer service sucks i stood at the automotive desk for ten minutes while the 3 people working there stood by the front door talking about a trimer they lost rather than help a customer

Worst store, no customer service, they just sat around the entrance door and talked, no one asked if i needed any help... Also prices are marked up 3 times more then others stores...
