I had bought some Westinghouse T3 bulbs a few months back that both failed at their contact points.. ( the bulb and filament was in one piece but the contacts turned into a few broken bits) the bulbs lasted for about 3 weeks and within a few days of each other failed. Store management was informed of this and actually replaced the bulbs free of cost! Thank you ace hardware. Youre a life saver

Love this store! I travel the Lake county area and this store if BY FAR superior. They have friendliest staff, the best stocked store and everyone is very knowledgeable. I love shopping here. It is a little bit of home in such a modernized world.

Waited at the service counter for help getting a spare key for 5 minutes...... Telling myself Im Sure Im not invisible.... Never got Anyone to talk to me and never got my keys. If this is customer care, Ill go elsewhere

The manager is awesome. His name is dick. There is an employee, however, with the same name. Hes an older guy and is horrible. The store is great but would do so much better without the disease that is this man.
