This guy is jerk! Worst customer service and act like your an annoyance rather than a customer to be appreciated! Im forced to go there for some items that I need in a hurry as next closet hardware is 20 minute drive!

Horrible customer service, in fact no customer service. They opened 10 minutes late and never made eye contact or even replied when we said "hello. Its worth the drive a few miles to Goodz hardware.

Generally the store only stocks one piece of a given item. Very frustrating when you are looking for something in particular... there seems to be as many out-of-stocks as in-stocks!
